I've been compelled to do an article about the Kelly Thomas beating. I mentioned this off and on on YouTube and a few other places and it turns out that although as I have stated it proves that liberalism is the same as fascism that didn't stop some liberal from smearing me and my website.

It turns out this beast broke into my twitter account and has been posting on twitter and various websites, myself posting the following abhorrent comment:

Kelly Thomas was nothing but a psychotic Criminal bum and parasite who leeched off taxpayers and was a nuisance. If you’ve lived in big cities you know the mentally ill have no place in our communities.

QUESTION: IS THERE ANOTHER REASON WHY THE FBI WILL NOT RELEASE THE TAPES OF THE ALLEGED “BEATING” OF KELLY THOMAS? DO THEY HAVE SOMETHING TO HIDE?

THE FACTS: Kelly Thomas had a violent criminal record
Kelly Thomas received SSI (homeless SSI bums are responsible for 1/3 of all crime in the US, 45% of crime in the state of CA. SSI and Social security. Are responsible for 2/3 of our national debt and 40% of unemployment due to higher taxes on business.)
Kelly Thomas was addicted to drugs and used his SSI to use marijuana and Crystal Meth
Kelly Thomas was arrested outside a Coffee Shop in Fullerton while panhandling and shouting derogatory curses at customers and passers by. When police arrived and questioned him, he was incoherent and belligerent and began attacking the cops who after tackling him to the ground took him to custody. He tested positive for Crack. Unfortunately he was released without being charged thanks to manipulation by Jew Communist attorneys who accused police of brutality.
Kelly Thomas was always belligerent towards police and When he was arrested he assaulted the cops with a Rusty nail and caused broken bones.
According to liberal media, Officer Cincenelli lost his from a shooting while working for the LAPD. A Lie. In fact, Kelly Thomas Gouged out Officer Cicinelli’s eye with his nail.

Well, anyone who has been to my blog frequently knows that I have never said those things that I am in fact a supporter of homeless people and that homelessness in truth is because of the loss of freedoms and rights such as private property rights, the right to seek work without hindrance ETC. Social security and its sharing of information doesn't help that very much Id like to add.

Also look at some of the inaccuracies, first of all two officers not all six were on trial, Officer Cicinelli's eye was lost before he worked for the city of Fullerton while working for the LAPD and further these two other inaccuracies: Kelly Thomas was not violent. His only violent act was when he was 17 and assaulted his grandfather which in turn lead to his diagnosis and finally this thing that mentally ill recipients of SSI are violent. NO! Matter of fact it is rare for them to be violent, and furthermore they are actually more likely to be victims.

If you've seen my blog I have actually chronicled how liberals are using ssi to force innocent people into homelessness. I have written about these things time and time again. Do I come across as someone who would hate on the mentally ill and/or homeless people? Its thanks to liberalism not people like me that these people suffer and are now second class.

I have also been to various forums condemning this incident, on one forum, an idiot like the one who hacked my twitter account said that Kelly Thomas was at fault and I condemned him and pointed out that his solutions for ending homeless would in fact worsen homelessness and lead to atrocities and abuse.

As for the hacker, I'm already at work trying to rectify the situation. I'm posting this article on twitter and getting the word out that mainestategop has off and on supported the rights of homeless and mentally ill that are under siege by liberals.

One last thing, I will say that I am outraged that the FBI and Fullerton DA will not release the video of the beating that took place. This is proof that we cannot trust our government and that our government is our worst enemy.

Some of you may remember how a troll who was also a mental patient pretended to be a youtuber named 13 heathens and came to my blog and began spouting nonsense and even impersonating conservatives pretending to kill liberals. Yeah its that stupid.

Well, it turns out that WASNT the real 13heathens. Got a PM from him and it was just some nut pretending to be him.

Anyway im no longer allowing most of that nonsense. From now on anyone who wants to comment needs to have it moderated. That means no racism, no fake impersonation, no sock puppets. This is blog is for adults who want to make serious comments and debate.

Christianity promoted world literacy

Hey everyone I've been away awhile working on my youtube channel and trying to get my personal life in order not to mention raising my newborn son who is now coming along and growing nicely. And my wife has been trying to find new work as well and I've been helping her out there too. I decided to kick off my blog again with an article I've been meaning to write about literacy and reading and how the Christian faith influenced this growth. My interest in the article peaked after being referred to a book about the Byzantine Romans and about education at that time along with the writings of D James Kennedy so I hope you enjoy it.

Anyway, the christian faith has been the greatest catalyst in history for spreading literacy and writing. It has also been responsible for the creation of written languages in primitive societies in The far east that had none. From the post Roman era onward to the missionary zeal of the 19th and 20th centuries, reading and the ability to read and write have boomed world wide. Probably never before have so many people of different backgrounds (class, ethnic racial) have been gifted with the talent for reading and writing. Whether its an old well to do professor at Oxford or Harvard studying old texts, a wall street tycoon examining stock market quotes onward down to a primitive bushman in Africa reading a magazine in English or Khosi and a sugarcane farmer reading his bible. This phenomenon happened largely due to the Christian faith.

The Christians of the Byzantine Empire which did more to preserve classical literature and evangelize Europe are largely to thank for this. They along with other movements such as the Calvinist missionaries in North America and India such as Samuel Kellog who translated the Bible to Sanskrit along with missionaries from Victorian England such as Stanley Livingston who learned the languages of the various tribes of Africa and taught them the gospel and the scriptures in their own language are to be thanks for this phenomenon. They along with their courage and zeal for spreading the Gospel of Our lord Jesus Christ.

This from Hosea 4:6. And Without literacy and a basic education, the church elders and rulers of Byzantine Rome knew that literacy was necessary so that its citizens could not ignore God's law.

In Byzantium, education was given great priority among the church and the ruling elite. This because they found it necessary for the studying and knowledge of Scripture and christian faith. It was necessary to teach morality and good citizenship as well as to ingratiate the knowledge. Education was made available not just to the nobility and the wealthy but to the country peasant as well. Even women had access to education! This not only helped bring about piety and morality as well as improving culture and quality of life it also aided in the evangelizing of surrounding nations, nations I might add that posed a Threat to the Byzantines after the fall of the western Roman empire.

Sadly, the western Roman Church did not copy this philosophy and this need on literacy and education. In The Roman Catholic church, the Bible and the few surviving literature from the destruction of the Roman empire were in Latin. The church required that the bible remain in Latin and that all priests and bishops had to learn Latin. This made evangelism of the west extremely difficult and would delay the Christianizing of western Europe which in the end was done sadly through the sword. Still... Its rulers, people even its priests were ignorant of what the faith and the church taught.

In rural communities for instance, the people by and large continued following old pagan traditions, merging them with Christian teaching. Even the country priest went along with this since usually he too did not understand what he extolled during Sunday mass. The baptism of infants, the confirmation of young believers, the Eucharist, Sunday mass, church doctrine all were performed but with no understanding. The nobility and even the priests at times were illiterate and ignorant of Latin. Priests and bishops often memorized Latin sayings and quoted them to the best of their knowledge during mass.

IT is even alleged that Great devout saints such as Joan D'arc got much of their powers and their gifts not from scripture but from ancient pre christian mysticism. Joan was often seen praying before a mystic tree before battle. A feat that came down to her from old Frankish paganism and such old superstition may have played an unfortunate roll in her trial and execution by Burgundian and English Clergy. Illiteracy and ignorance would corrupt and weaken the western world throughout the middle ages. It would not be until the protestant reformation and the subsequent counter reformations by the Roman church that would increase literacy yet it would only be more modern efforts that would bring literacy to the west.

So as the church in the west struggled against pagan superstition and in teaching ignorant and barbaric nomads and warlords the teachings of Christ, the Byzantines succeeded doing so in Eastern Europe before the end of the millennium. This is because scripture was not just in Native Greek but in other languages. If the Eastern Church came across a people who had no language they would make one for them as the brothers Cyril and Methodius did when they converted the barbarian peoples of the Slavic and Russian Steppes.

Cyril and Methodius were missionary monks who risked their lives traveling to evangelize the Slavic and Bulgar peoples who at that time were Byzantine Rome's enemies and greatest threat. The barbarians of modern Hungary and Slovak threatened the capital of Constantinople and demanded great tributes from the emperors that nearly bankrupted the empire. Just as Saint Patrick quelled and pacified the violent and pagan Celts of Ireland around that time, the brother monks Cyril and Methodius did to the Slavs and Bulgar's. In 862, Prince Rastilav, Slavic warlord converted and requested that Emperor Michael III send more missionaries.

To assist in evangelizing the Steppe tribes who had no written language at that time, they created two for them. the Glagolitic alphabet for the Slavs, the Cyrillic alphabet for the Rus and Balts that is continually in use in Eastern Europe to this very day. Boris the first, ruler and warlord of the fierce Bulgars is probably a more famous convert as a result of the Brother's work and the advantage literacy. He was baptized in 865 and Emperor Michael III became his Godfather.

Unfortunately as the centuries passed corruption and many of the old sins of the western Romans took its toll on Byzantium. In the 11th century, the Patriarch of Constantinople and the Pope excommunicated each other and broke away. Many of the various eastern nations such as Ukraine, Novgorod (Russia) and Serbia formed their own churches. Though great distances from Constantinople probably had more to do with it than doctrinal dispensations. Many of its Providences revolted with Serbia breaking away and declaring independence from Eastern Rome. To make matters worse, The empire was besieged to the north from the Hungarians and to the east with the arrival of Islam and the Seljuk's from Asia.

Abu Bakr, Grandson of the Prophet Mohammad conquered North Africa and the holy land reaching as far as Trebizond. Later, the Byzantines were put under siege with the arrival of Two mongol hordes, the Cumans in the northeast and the Seljuk Turks from the east that conquered Isfahan Baghdad and then reached as far as Egypt. The later converted to Islam and waged war with the Christians which lead to the first crusade to recapture Jerusalem. In 1204, the Doge of Venice hijacked the 4th crusade and plundered Constantinople destroying priceless works of art including a stature of Helen of Troy and returning with many other statues, treasures and artworks that can be found in Venice to this day. The empire was occupied by puppet emperors from Normandy France until the close of the century

What followed these disasters was iconoclasm. Works of art in churches were destroyed because of fear that they incurred God's anger. Universities and libraries were also closed even destroyed. It did no good. Corruption, hedonism and tyranny were rampant and the loss of universities, artworks and literature only worsened the empire's condition. The empire slowly shrank with one conquest after another by the Ottoman Dynasty until finally in 1453 with only a few Greek Providences remaining, Constantinople was conquered and the last of the Roman empire was finally destroyed.

Literacy after Rome

After the fall of Byzantine Rome the wave of literacy would continue under the Protestant Reformation. In the sixteenth century, protestant radicals protesting corruption and doctrinal heresy in Rome rebelled and began establishing their own churches. In addition movements to translate the scripture into native tongues that went back a century with the Priest John Wycliffe spurred into action. Bibles were smuggled into Catholic ports and were valuable contraband. Protestant missionaries emphasized on literacy to teach scripture to those with no knowledge of the gospel.

The Puritans of New England passed laws requiring that all children learn to read and write so that they could learn and understand the scriptures. In Scotland, Northern Ireland, the North American colonies and other protestant enclaves literacy and the teaching of reading and writing were heavily emphasized yet in Britain under the Anglican church this was not so until around Victorian times.

In the spirit of Saints Cyrill and Methodious, Missionary Samuel Kellogg travelled through colonial India preaching the gospel and translating the Bible into Sanskrit and other dialects despite missionizing being made illegal by the British East India company until the 1850s and with restrictions finally being totally lifted in 1906. Missionary Stanley Livingstone travelled throughout Africa where he would learn the language of the tribe and begin to communicate it to the tribes he was with. He spent most of his life doing this and was at first presumed dead back at home.

In the year 1900 in the start of the 20th century, literacy rates were concentrated mostly in the Christian world and in areas where missions were hard at work. The Late Reverend James Kennedy in his book what if Jesus had never been born noted the benefits of Christianity statistics of literacy as follows at that time:

Protestant nations: 80%-99%
Protestant countries mainly those that had puritanical influences in its foundations like the United states Britain and So on were motivated to educate the population in reading and writing primarily as a way to learn to read the Bible. However in Britain around the time, the Anglican church was not as motivated as the Presbyterians who lived in Scotland or other areas to teach literacy. The Church of England which was under control by the Monarchy did not emphasize too much of it in some circles Mainly to prevent schisms or people from leaving the church. In its colonies, translations of the Bible from English to the vernacular were discouraged. the result was illiteracy and ignorance in its more populated areas and disbelief.

The belief at that time was that the lower classes were little removed from animals and that they were suited only for a life of labor and obedience to their lords. A belief throughout the world. It was feared that peasants who were literate could rebel or leave the church. Sadly, while it is true that dumbed down populations have a tendency to be submissive, that doesn't mean it will be to the same regime. In the 17th century, England was embroiled in a civil war between the monarchists and Parliament which also consisted of Puritans and Scottish Presbyterians who disliked both the Monarchy and the State's church for religious reasons. In addition Britain had lost its American colonies to a similar revolution and had another close shave (no pun intended) With a French republican style revolution in the close of the 18th century.

As it turns out literacy and education is a necessary pillar for social order and civilization. Education is also especially important with regards of maintaining the christian faith regardless of denomination. Populations that cannot read or write will not be able to understand scripture and therefore not be in obedience to God's laws.

It should come to no surprised that our Christian founders of the United states established laws as well such as the Old deluder Satan act in 1647 that mandating reading classes. It further states:

It being one chief project of that old deluder, Satan, to keep men from the knowledge of
the Scriptures, as in former times keeping them in an unknown tongue, so in these later
times by perswading from the use of tongues, that so at least the true sense and meaning
of the Originall might be clowded by false glosses of Saint-seeming deceivers; and that
Learning may not be buried in the graves of our fore-fathers in Church and
Commonwealth, the Lord assisting our indeavors:

The founding Fathers agreed. Thomas Jefferson Writes:
"I know no safe depository of the ultimate powers of the society but the people themselves, (A)nd if we think them not enlightened enough to exercise their control with a wholesome discretion, the remedy is not to take it from them, but to inform their discretion by education. This is the true corrective of abuses of constitutional power."

It should come as no surprise then that the United States of America is the nation where literacy took root the greatest and that along with its Christian foundations made this nation great.

Catholic Orthodox and Muslim countries 60%-30%
As mentioned before The catholic church at the time required the scriptures to be in Latin and forbade its translation into the vernacular under pain of death. This it turns out proved to be a hindrance not only to evangelism but in educating the faithful and maintaining order. Even priests bishops and cardinals suffered from illiteracy and only one tenth understood Latin. They rest simply memorized or read the Latin doxologies and missals during mass. Also as I mentioned before most peasants and even nobles did not understand their faith and simply merged ancient pagan superstition into the faith. And As I also mentioned, many feudal lords viewed the dumbing down of the peasantry as necessary to control and suppress them.

This again it turns out also did not bode well not only for Catholic nations and rulers but for the church as well. In the later middle ages, heresies and rebellions were commonplace. In the 18th century the results were especially devastating. In Catholic France, it was illegal to teach rural peasants in most parts of the country to read or write. This was to keep the populace ignorant and submissive and to prevent the protestant Huguenots from converting them away from the faith.

While that may have prevented them from turning to protestantism it certainly did not prevent them from turning to the French revolutionary paradigm which in turn fomented rebellion in 1789 after food shortages, abuses by corrupt lords under feudal rights and economic ruin brought on by Louis XV. It ended with the execution of his grandson Louis XVI and his queen Marie Antoinette and what followed were bloody successions of regimes, the rise of emperor Napoleon and wars that engulfed the world for over 22 years.

In the 19th century the Catholic church, seeing the plight of the peasantry and seeing the need for an educated faithful in order to curb the spread of protestantism and heresy and keep up in the more modern world began to focus more on education. Still, the efforts were mostly focused in urban settings and things didn't pick up until the 20th century. Women of course were among the majority of illiterate.

In the Eastern Orthodox nations, scriptures were in vernacular usually Greek or Cyrillic, the language of Russia and the former soviet states. However education was also hard to come by. Children were educated usually by the local priest in reading and writing and were schooled for an average of 2 years. In 1861 with the abolition of serfdom and a few reforms government schools were added but again the average time of learning was 2 to 5 years. Most peasants could not read or write in 1900. Nikita Khruschev who would become the soviet Unions 3rd ruler and who was raised in the peasant village of Kalinovka in the Don bas region of Ukraine recalled in his memoirs being schooled for about 2 years and then his father took him aside and told him "You've had enough learning, its time for you to do plowing."

The Imperial government was not keen on educating peasants and advised teachers both government and parochial not to emphasize on a subject for very long. Girls were also educated along with boys then but were also mainly illiterate more so than boys. Again this had dire consequences as Revolutions broke out during the 19th and 20th centuries culminating in the Bolshevik revolution and the rise of the Soviet Union. The Orthodox church from 1921 up to the end of world war 2 faced great persecution and witnessed the destruction of many of its famous cathedrals and priceless icons by Lenin and Stalin. A population ignorant of the precepts of faith were easy game for communists.

The Muslim world had its one ways of dealing with education however their mode was largely inferior to that of the western world. While in the Byzantine empire and in the Orthodox church, girls were educated along with boys in Islam women were usually barred from education and largely kept illiterate. Education was focused primarily on men. The motivation instead of reading and understanding the Bible however involved in its place the Koran and Hadith. In many areas especially desert nomad communities, learning and memorizing the Koran was a passage of manhood.

After centuries of holy war and conquest, the Islamic world briefly settled in for a golden age of learning and culture that prospered and benefited the Islamic world for a short time. Literacy and the motivation to learn the Koran played a big role but the golden age ended with the conquest and invasion of the mongols and with the rise of the ottoman empire which proved to be corrupt and authoritarian and did not encourage education as much. Education was suppressed by more corrupt and brutal regimes and rulers in the Islamic world and later one began to fall into decline while Christendom flourished.

To this day, reading and literacy are mainly encouraged in nomadic tribes mostly in the Sahara region that emphasize reading in order to learn the Koran. Under dictatorship and corrupt regimes however this is discouraged. Women sadly are still forbidden to be schooled in most countries and teaching women to read is heavily discouraged. Indeed the rampant spread of ignorance and illiteracy especially amongst women could lead to the inevitable downfall of Islam.

Pagan nations 20%-0%

The pagan world (that is to say nations neither Christian Jewish or Muslim)including those that had been colonized by the west are were illiteracy was more commonplace. Most of this was due to the lack of a written language in stone age cultures like those found in the pacific Islands, in Africa or in the South American rainforest. In advanced countries such as China, French Indo-China, Thailand and Japan at that time, literacy was found only amongst the well to do classes such as the Mandarins, in Buddhist, confucian or Shinto places or worship or within the aristocrcy. In 1900 missionizing had been largely underway in China as much of that nation had been colonized by Britain, France, Germany, Russia, Japan even the United states.

Two obstacles hindered education and evangelism in China. First and foremost was China's complex written language of symbols which were difficult to memorize and understand. Chinese bibles were translated at first in the 19th century but did not become widespread until later on. The seond obstacle was fervent nationalism and a view of Christianity as foreign. The Boxer rebellions broke out at that time and one large motivator aside from driving out the colonists was the expulsion of Christian belief. The Empire also was forced to side with the Boxers. religious liberty would not come to China until the fall of the monarchy under Sun Yat tsen in 1912 who converted to christianity.

Literacy as a whole was still stunted and further hindered with the rise of communism under Mao Tse Tung. Chinese communists introduced the simplified version of the Chinese alphabet in order to encourage literacy though it was to learn the teachings of Marx and Engels as well as the philosophy of Mao.

In Japan which was rising to become a global empire literacy was encouraged as part of its program of modernization but women were mostly bared from education. In the Middle ages, Catholic and Protestant missionaries from Portugal, the netherlands and England arrived in Japan but were persecuted and nearly exterminated in the 17th century. Japan is still largely closed to christian missionaries even after its defeat in world war 2.

The most unevangelized area was in the polynesian islands of the South Pacific. Many of these tribes had no written language providing a barrier not only to modernization but evangelism as well. After the second world war, american and British veterans who liberated these people from Japan returned as missionaries converting and teaching them a writen language and missionizing them.

LITERACY TODAY

Today according to statistics only 1 out of 5 people in the world are illiterate. Out of a population of seven billion this is not much compared to the way things were a century ago. Education worldwide contrary to what secular humanists would say is largely the result of the Christian faith. The Late Doctor James Kennedy writes:

Christianity not only helped to educate america and the west but in the last two centuries, it was primarily christian missionaries who educated countless millions in third world countries. Christians have established schools in the remotest jungles, converted unwritten languages into writing, and taught reading and writing to the nations.

Much more could be said about how christianity promoted literacy and education worldwide. For instance consider the Sunday School movement founded by Robert Raikes of Gloucester England. The purpose of this was to provide bible oriented schooling for poor children who otherwise would not have recieved it.

James Kennedy in his book What if Jesus had never been born tells that were it not for the Christian faith our modern world today would look very little like the modern world but more and more like the world of our forefathers centuries past. A very bleak world I might add as well for we would not have the Christian faith, technology, medicine and things we take for granted and more likely would be toiling and working for a ruling elite class.

Sadly literacy and education has declined in North America with the advent of modern liberalism. Public schools are dumbing down our children and failing to teach them to read or write. Schools are graduating students who cannot read or write and wind up in menial jobs as career welfare recipients, criminals, homeless and generally poor underachievers. As I mentioned in another blog, our schools dont graduate kids, they excrete them. Add to this a high rate of dropouts, violence and even death in what is intended to be hallowed halls of learning. All paid for with our taxes by force at the hands of the liberal elite.

It is the loss of the Christian faith that is leading the way of this along with rampant secular humanism. Our children are now taught that there is no God, america and the west are evil, we all come from monkeys, socialism and Islam are greater and superior to America and on and on.

CONCLUSION

The secular liberals who detest the Christian faith and desire to see its demise might want to consider the warnings of the late great Dr. Kennedy in his book What if Jesus had never been born? We can already see its consequences not just in the loss of morals and purity but the loss of education. In 1969 using a rocket module whose computer systems are inferior to our modern personal computers, Americans landed on the moon. Today, we have not returned in over 4 decades and we have just ended the Space shuttle program.

We are comparible to 3rd world countries concerning social problems including that of education. The liberals who claim to be for civil rights and civil liberties have done more to erode them and in truth do so deliberately. They hate not just America but Christianity and capitalism and yearn for North America to Join with Western Europe in becoming socilistic totalitarian states that resemble more of communist Russia. In addition to destroying the benefits of christianity such as literacy in the end liberals sow their own downfall just as other nations have in the past.

The above title should say it all. It is a currently unheard of social program but one that will become widely known just like Social security and Universal health care. The Universal Basic Income is essentially getting free money for life with no strings attached. ABSOLUTELY NONE! It is already beginning to take hold in New Zealand and is being contemplated (not surprisingly) by that Communist liberal utopia that Democrats want us to emulate, the European Union.

According to websites such as basic income.com and similar websites advocating the implementation of UBI, everyone would receive somewhere between six hundred to a thousand a month simply for doing no work. They even go as far as saying that no strings would be attached to it, that even drug addicts, the severely mentally ill and slackers would get it and could spend it any way they feel. It is designed to replace social security and unemployment insurance.

So let that sink in for a moment. The liberals are already gouging us to pay for welfare handouts to single moms with litters and crack addicts in housing projects who refuse to work. The government despite claiming to require work for some of them turns a blind eye and even helps them get out of work in some cases. We are also being gouged of our savings and the fruits of our labor to pay for free health care for people who are poor, most of whom either are poor by choice or because they made bad decisions.

Now, as if that were bad enough we are now going to pay to have 300 million Americans get free money for the rest of their lives and expect hard working Americans to subsidize it. WE ALREADY PAY FOR FOOD STAMPS WELFARE ETC AND ALL THIS GIANT GOVERNMENT AND NOW THEY EXPECT US TO PAY UP OUR NOSE EVEN MORE TO GIVE IT TO EVERYONE!

What's more there are no strings attached. (so they say) You wont have to get a job or quit being an alcoholic or drug addict. One Australian who wrote about this even argued that even pot heads and drinkers should get it regardless. Also people who have questionable difficulty managing money such as the severely mentally ill, people who spend their money foolishly should get it without strings attached.

What on earth are these liberals thinking? Do they think that if we give them free healtcare, free housing, free food, free this and free that and a handout of six hundred to a thousand dollars a month that they will want to hold a job? That they will be responsible? Do we seriously believe that if we give them all this money that they will start a business, produce, innovate or do anything but lay about?

Well that's the problem with liberals. They don't think through the consequences of the actions of socialism. We ARE seeing at this moment the failure of government regulations, how aspiring entrepreneurs are overwhelmed with all the hoops and barriers they must jump over just to start a small business and wind up going on welfare instead. Waiting 5 hours in line for food stamps and welfare and filling out triplicate forms is easier than waiting a year for government to approve your business and pay hundreds and thousands of dollars in fees afterwards.

The welfare state instead of a safety net is more of a hammock. One that I might add is flimsy and wont support and hold up very well. Why go to college study hard and work hard if you can live in public housing and get food stamps? After all, in the end the government will probably ban you from working, steal your money, close your business ETC and why work hard all your life if the government can take it away?

So now the liberal socialists will simplify it. A free handout. a few hundred a month, maybe a thousand and expect everything to be okay. Yeah, they think people are going to invest in a college education or small business and work.

But the truth of the matter is that it is not a free handout. Nothing is free and to say that there will be no strings attached is a mistake. For whenever you deal with the government, there is always, strings attached, not to mention chains. As I mentioned before... Liberals never think through the consequences of their actions. This is why their ideologies fail every time they are implemented.

So suppose we implement Universal Basic income here. Questions:Who is in charge of handing it out? Will the Social security administration handle that task the way they handle SSI? Who decides how much we get? What if the government takes it away from us? What if government requires something in return later on? Will the amount go up and down? Suppose I take a job at McDonald's? Will my UBI be deducted? If so whats the point of working? What happens if it is misused? Will there be a representative payee program like with SSI and disability? What if the payee abuses it? What if government does nothing about it? What if drug addicts and mentally ill still get it while healthy people are given abusive payees?

Another even better question? Can we afford to pay every American a UBI? No doubt taxes will have to be raised and spending on the military will have to be cut off. I also expect liberals will use eminent domain, asset forfeiture, SSI scamming and other underhanded socialist tricks to seize money from those who toil their whole lives to pay for it.

But if we simply use reason and logic and think through and remember our history especially the past 100 years of history, we can come up with the answers very easily. In fact I'm going to give a few of them right now...

First of all, we cannot afford it. Even if we tax the wealthiest Americans 80% or even 90% of their incomes we couldn't afford it. To top it off, since it will take away the incentive to work, invest and innovate, you wont see anymore people working and paying taxes. To top it off, liberals will begin working their way painfully from top to bottom like they do in states like Maine and New Jersey. In Maine for instance, liberals have scared off all their businesses with high taxes and regulations and it is the poorest state in the Northeast and 3rd poorest in the country. It is also the worst state for jobs.

To top it all off it has the most regressive tax system in America. One of the highest sales and income tax burdens especially on the middle class and working poor, pay roll taxes ETC. Democrats in that state argued "oh! We all have to sacrifice for the greater good!" The greater good of course meaning totalitarian statism and socialist domination.

The same will happen nation wide. I expect liberals to tax to death even the middle class and raise sales taxes to the same level as the Europeans, meaning sales taxes of 25% or 30% to the dollar especially on necessities. This will further destroy the incentive to work and innovate, it will destroy the incentive to create jobs for businesses that still exist barely. Its like I told one liberal on YouTube. If the government can soak the rich, they can soak the homeless even more. They do in Maine.

To answer the other questions, yes there will be strings attached. If the government has that much power to give you free money and health care for life it can take it away from you for any reason it can fathom such as being too old, too sick, too weak or being disabled and unable to work. So that pretty much means you don't contribute. You become what liberals in the early 20th century used to term, useless eaters. The state will either kill you or leave you to starve to death.

Also the UBI can be used to coerce loyalty. Are you a tea party member? Do you vote for candidates or measures that oppose socialism and the glorious liberal communist state? No more money for you! Not only that we will ban you from working! It can happen easily friends. As for the Australian's viewpoint that even the very wild and crazy and addicts can have it with no strings attached, well its doubtful.

Eventually if such a program is implemented, there will be incidents of severely impaired individuals getting the money but not using it for needs instead say donating it to the flat earth society or buying scrap metal to build a magic toaster that can travel in time, not to mention incidents of people overdosing or causing criminal mischief. With that the representative payee program will no doubt be used for that purpose.

The Representative Payee program in truth is a liberal conspiracy to steal your benefits and waste them. Payees are allowed to charge up to 40$ out of your benefits if you have one.(Devastating if you only get 400$ a month.)Often times, people who are perfectly capable of managing money are given payees and people who aren't are left alone. The overwhelming majority of those who have them are abused and wind up worse off then ever.

Those of you who have read my blog over the years are familiar with stories of liberals confiscating entire estates and destroying jobs to force innocent people into poverty and misery. Throughout America thousands of Americans who once were employed and independent had our liberal government come in, take away their money, job, home and belongings, put guardians and payees in charge and dump them on the streets. I intend to go into more detail about the representative payee program and how it is misused and abused and how it is clumsy and further proof of socialism's failure later on.

Conclusion

The UBI or Universal Basic Income is yet another scam, another failed initiative and another dream in that liberal fantasy that communism is better than capitalism and that taxpayer funded politicians and government employees are more better at deciding things then we are. That the state is God and it alone dictates how are lives are run. We have already seen that burst like a soap bubble with the demise of the USSR, the abuse corruption and waste of Social Security and guardian abuse not to mention the loss of freedom.

Liberals still cling to that fantasy and brainwash our children in public schools each day to embrace that fantasy. It doesn't work. It never truly will work. UBI if it is implemented will still vindicate those who support free markets and individual freedom and responsibility should it come to our shores as universal health care already has.

Democrat controlled states brace for job loss and higher taxes

Barack Hussein Obama has been pitching the congress for tax hikes to compensate for our national debt problems. John Boehner and the tea party congress despite howling slanderous rhetoric from the liberal dominated media blaming them for government spending gone awry have been correct to resist these efforts and even more accurate in calling them jobs killing taxes. Obama and the liberals don't seem to comprehend that by raising taxes you will put more businesses to death and cause more jobs to be lost, hence, people who paid taxes into the system are now taking out of the system as welfare recipients.

Obama in a press conference had the further audacity to parrot the false liberal mantra that corporations pay the least taxes in history and contribute nothing. HOGWASH! Obama only brings up Federal taxes and doesn't include all the fees, red tape, restrictions ETC. that one must jump through just to get things going. He also doesn't mention state AND local taxes as well as local laws rules and fees that one must pay and all the hoops to go through just to build something or create a single job.

When you total it all up, our business system in America, big and small, (in particular small business, the backbone of our economy and job sector.) Has never before in history been under assault. This is because liberal Democrats despise the private sector and despise independence. They want the government to hold a monopoly on all jobs and sources of income. They want YOU and I to be slaves to the government and bow down and grovel before the legislature just to get a job and a pay check. Government knows better.

Which can probably explain why the failed bailout plan is costing somewhere between 200k and a million dollars just to create a single low paying job. With that much money the private sector could pay out handfuls of those same jobs even better paying jobs. But liberals want the state to be in control instead of there being prosperity. To make matters worse, Democrats in most states have circumvented GOP efforts and have raised sales and other taxes and fees. These are generally regressive taxes that hurt the poor, the very people liberals falsely claim to support.

The situation is even more bleak in Liberal controlled states. In particular California, Vermont, New Jersey, Maine, New York and The state of Washington. In California, efforts are underway to raise taxes, cut benefits from those whose jobs were taken away by socialism and illegal aliens and to take away the independence of the industrial city of Vernon.

The city of Vernon which has a population of 100 is located in South Central Los Angeles. Its only residents live in a public housing building and it includes a few homeless who sometimes work odd jobs in the area. 44,000 people commute to Vernon each day to work in this safe haven from socialism. But the safe haven is cracking.

Vernon recently suffered a set back after a scandal involving corruption. City officials just like in Bell were responsible for pilfering the city treasury. This of course is nothing new whenever you depend on the government for a hand out. But liberals always want more communism as a solution for communism's failures.

Since the seventies, California liberals have tried to take away Vernon's independent status so that Los Angeles Democrats can sink their fangs into its prospering businesses. Now with the corruption scandal they might have good excuse and its sending shock waves throughout LA county.

Governor Rick Perry and other red state governors have already reached out to struggling Californians, giving comparisons of their business models to California's. Its nothing new. We've been through this before but liberals just whine and caterwaul that they are weaseling out of their obligations to pay their fair share to illegal aliens and lazy crack addicts on welfare who won't work. A more accurate view, They are weaseling out of the liberal demand to dig their own graves which liberals expect of all of us.

California leftists have already begun a campaign to punish businesses that try and leave the state. A friend of mine from Santa Barbara told me how he was in La La Land and was driving through Little Tokyo and came across billboards showing the state of Texas Lassoing the state of California and squeezing money out of it and redirecting to a website on how to save Vernon jobs.

Well liberals have their own plan. A retro active tax that would kick in if the business closed down and reopened in another state which would just all together kill the jobs benefiting absolutely no one. You create welfare recipients and more people who take from the treasury instead of putting it in. At least these ones are trying to work despite half a decade of leftist policy.

Other than that there is the usual plan, tax and tax again. Spend and spend again to create more government jobs. Never mind that for every job the state creates, handfuls disappear.

In the state of Vermont which probably May be even more left wing than California in some aspects, the state legislature has approved a so called universal health care plan. this plan is very eerily similar to the one the traitor Mitt Romney created. This will no doubt cost the already cash strapped state more than it can handle. Vermont was recently branded by several top economic think tanks including sperlings, moody's economy and Forbes as one of the worst states to conduct business. One can only fathom how they expect to pay for all this with their tax base gone. Then again Do liberals ever expect to owe anything in the end? Something to consider in light of the current debt crisis.

My former home state of Maine is in the troubles too. It is the worst state in America for jobs and has the 2nd or 3rd largest tax burden in the country. In addition public sector unions and communist agitators hold the state hostage. It has the largest state government and is among the poorest states in the nation. But even though they finally got a republican in Augusta, Governor LePage is fighting an uphill battle against overpaid government workers who want the state to continue its enslavement under communist oppression.

The terrible economy and bankrupt treasury have made it easy to cut back pensions but his move to remove a pro union mural and demands to test welfare bums for drugs are starting to create backlash. What happened in Wisconsin and Indiana could possibly happen in Augusta. If it does my hope is for the tea party to mobilize and demonstrate to Mainers just what really caused our bad economy.

And of course red states like Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska and Colorado continue to become a powerhouse for jobs and prosperity while blue states continue to bleed. The liberals continue to go into denial however. The Daily Kos for instance used phony job numbers to downplay the Texas miracle and many of them are actually GET THIS comparing Texas to China! HOW CAN YOU COMPARE TEXAS WITH CHINA! The State of Texas is a free state! The government wont confiscate your bank account, steal your property or limit your freedom for any reason! The constitution is applicable there! You might as well as compare New Hampshire to Maine or California while were at it. But that wont apply if you live in Austin or El Paso.

Conclusion

A friend of mine from New Hampshire was telling me this story. His High School Biology teacher had a fish tank with clown fish and anemone. The clown fish swim in the anemone to avoid predators and lure them to it to be eaten. Well the clown fish that was sold to him by this pet shop owner were sick and defective and were eaten by the anemone. The next morning when he showed up he saw the anemone was full. He brought it immediately to the pet shop and argued to the owner about what had happen. The pet shop owner denied everything even as the anemone began spiting up scales and bones.

The anemone clearly ate the clown fish but the owner argued and argued and they got into a shouting match. In the end he called the police and had the teacher escorted out of the pet shop. This is what we are seeing with liberals. The tax system and economic policies of Obama and the Democrats on federal and local levels are destroying jobs and Democrats continue to blame Bush, (even though he's been gone the past 3 years and Pelosi has been in charge these past 5)the tea party and EVEN THE UNEMPLOYED! You heard that right! If you remember my previous articles about SSI and so on one of the reasons liberals do this is to cover up the failure of government, a trait possessed by liberal totalitarian countries throughout history.

All this while government continues to fail and jobs continue to vanish or fly over to Texas and Middle America and government tightens its fist around our economy. With this in mind we must demand that our congressmen not raise taxes to solve the debt problem.

Does Trial by Jury no longer work?

I've meant to write about this for sometime but the recent verdict with Casey Anthony was what brought me into writing it. This incident is disgusting and shows that the jury trial, which was considered an important right and cornerstone in our nation's founding HAS been undermined. It shows how far we have drifted from our Christian values and the philosophical values of our godly founders who gave us this great nation.

My view of why this happened can be summed up by Rush Limbaugh who pointed to the so called pro-choice movement that advocates legal murder for babies...

"You know, what I don't understand about it is they're [the media] all card-carrying liberals. When does the death of a child bother them? I've never seen them get so upset over the death of a child... if they want to feel better, they should imagine that Casey Anthony had an abortion instead:

"You people in the media, if you really, really think she is guilty and you want to feel better about this just tell yourselves that she waited a couple of years to get an abortion and then you'll feel better."

"Abortion is brutal, [it's] never characterized that way and the reason it is brutal is because there is an element of truth of it. I just wanted to put it out there. Pure and simple, nothing more."

Well as you can imagine the liberals and their pro infanticide allies in planned parenthood weren't happy about that remark. But its truthful. In fact I take it several steps ahead. The Jury simply acquitted Casey Anthony because to them its not murder to take the life of a child that has either not yet been born or has been socialized and conformed to the liberal Marxist paradigm that dominates western culture and is eating it through. To that Jury, Caylee Anthony was just a slab of meat. An Animal at best. Not socialised, not conformed to the ways and whims of the liberal way and therefore did not have a right to live.

In fact as I heard one man put it, had Caylee Anthony still been a fetus and even if her mother Casey had confessed and enjoyed murdering her, the media and liberals all around the world would hail her as a hero the same way they view The murderers of Terri Schiavo. None the less Caylee was not yet indoctrinated and socialized into European liberal soviet values, nor was she old enough. She was therefore expendable.

With that we must look into why our founders and why men of great wisdom in days of yore looked to Trial by Jury as a necessity. In the olden days it was perceived by our founders and those who influenced them that trial by jury was a necessary check against corrupt verdicts by judges who could easily be bribed.

In Merry Old England For instance in a lot of the trials that took place in the Bailey, defendants were for the most part considered guilty until proven innocent, given no public defense and who fate lay within the hands of a judge who at times was open to bribery, prejudice and corruption. Though during the English civil war and other times in history There were juries but they were just as corrupt, staffed by handpicked individuals who were simply yes men nothing more.

Couple of notes, if you want to see a traditional version of British justice awry for yourself or read about it I highly recommend reading two novels by Bernard Cornwell. A Crowning Mercy and The Gallows Thief. Recommended to me by a friend which I read and enjoyed.

The founders wanted for our nation to embrace the notion that the defendant in civil and criminal issues was innocent until proven guilty. To make sure that there were no issues, the defendant was given chances for an appeal, a public defender well versed in the law and of course a jury made of up the defendant's peers who after hearing evidence and testimony and then debating and discussing it amongst themselves would come to their own conclusions based on unbiased study reach a verdict into his guilt or innocence.

For awhile this worked. Remember that during this time we were still a Christian nation. We were still a nation that was founded AND STILL GROUNDED on Judeo Christian
principles, case in point, that it was a mortal sin to lie under oath, that liars would be bared from the kingdom of heaven and jurors debated the defendant's fate under the fear of a just God who would rend his OWN verdicts on those jurors depending on how they came to this conclusion.

To that end many states forbade Atheists to testify under oath before God since they did not believe in God and therefore absolute morals, Witnesses and others swore an oath on a bible and our universities and colleges were men studied law were Christian and devout. So much so that at times they make Liberty University and Bob Jones look like Child's play. It was here that the justice system in America got its start. A system which at first was superior to any other with respects towards accused and accuser, victim and suspect. Jurors themselves who came from pious backgrounds also affected. They knew that their souls were to be judged on their decisions.

However as we have gradually moved away from that over the two hundred thirty plus something years since our founding and have cast aside our Judeo Christian values, we no longer have morality. For the most part we either don't believe in the existence of God or that if he did he couldn't care less. The last century in particular saw some heinous incidents of injustice which show how unjust we have become but that justice and decency are only possible in a society that is pious and religious both inward and outwardly. Inwardly in Particular.

Both their hands are equally skilled at doing evil! Officials and judges alike demand bribes. The people with influence get what they want, and together they scheme to twist justice. Micah 7:3

Jurors today just like judges and lawyers generally don't care about what almighty God says about fairness and just rewards or what will become of them for their doings, and not surprisingly has fueled the deterioration of our nation. Below are a few good examples that Jury trials are no longer effective. Bear in mind though for I leave you the reader to formulate your own conclusions.

Medgar evans murder trial (Ghosts of Mississippi)

The Trial of Byron De La Beckwith For the Murder of Medgar Evans which was immortalized in the Movie Ghost's of Mississippi is a good place to start. At that time in our nation's history particularly in the south, lynchings became common place. In such instances, blacks who were accused of a crime could expect no sympathy and face a white judge and jury and were usually considered guilty. Then again most didn't make it that far and were simply put to death by angry Mobs.

Blacks who found themselves victims such as the family of Civil Rights leader Medgar Evans also from these same white judge and juries were denied justice. Their persecutors found not guilty through a series of mistrials. It was in such and such an incident that the killer of Medgar Evans was released and was lionized by the Democratic liberals of Mississippi as a hero to white nationalism. It wasn't until the 80s that Byron De La Beckwith was finally found guilty by a more mixed jury.

Investigations into civil rights murders and Klan related crimes by the Democratic party and the Klan were usually undermined by the biased government. Proving yet again it doesn't deserve our trust. Another incident with the Greensboro massacre also showed this when jurors acquitted the Klan of bombing a labor march.

Rodney King verdict

The Rodney King Verdict is a shining example of just how bad our juror system has become. Most of us are old enough to remember the beating that took place. King was pulled over for committing an offense and the LAPD proceeded to relentlessly and excessively beat him. By coincidence this was all caught on camera. It turns out this is common place in Los Angeles even today and more so under Former Police Chief Darly F Gates, who aside from being a leftist who advocated tough restrictions on guns, braged about killing black suspects during the 80s.

Despite overwhelming video evidence, a jury based in Simi Valley in Ventura County found the LAPD officers involved in his beating not guilty. Ensuing riots and racial incidents exploded soon afterwards throughout LA county. Even Conservatives like The Bush Family and others were shocked by this verdict.

I did some research of my own before writing over the past year and I discovered that race actually didn't have much to do with the Jury's verdict. It turns out Ventura County in particular Simi Valley is a popular residence for Police officers from Surrounding counties. Law enforcement personnel commute as far north as Santa Barbara, East to Bakersfield and many are in the LAPD. No doubt a lot of the jurors were relatives or sympathetic to law enforcement. In addition at that time crime was very high in LA and other cities and Many whites fled to Ventura in particular Simi Valley. Not to difficult to connect that these jurors had sympathy only for the officers.

So, it should come to no surprise that the Jury was tainted and little was done. In the end the Federal government intervened and put a leash on the LAPD which did nothing to lower crime or brutality despite passing the Christopher Commission reforms and other reforms that failed. As I mentioned in my last article government is the source of the problem and therefore a poor solution.

Also in the beating of truck driver Reginald Denny by Black rioters and gang bangers, jurors at HIS trial paid back the favor by acquitting Denny's attackers.

OJ Simpson Trail

This brings me to another notorious Los Angeles trial. The OJ Simpson Murder case in 1995 of OJ's wife Nicole Brown Simpson. Despite overwhelming evidence that showed OJ to be guilty including DNA evidence jurors acquitted him. This was brought on mostly by the liberal media which 24/7 endlessly painted the trial in racial terms. Supposedly Mark Fuhrman was a racist who planted evidence on OJ, this was a racist conspiracy ETC.

Well, we later learned that wasn't the case although when Fuhrman claimed he never used the N-word in over a decade THAT was a lie which in the end cost him his job and a prison sentence for perjury. Still the damage was done thanks to remarks by Fuhrman. In My Opinion if Fuhrman concealed whatever racial biases supposed by him, the jury probably would have convicted him. Even though the majority of Americans believed him guilty, jurors were no doubt intimidated by fears of being labeled a racist by the media if convicted.

None the less OJ Simpson's days are numbered. His conviction of robbery in Las Vegas will put him away perhaps for the rest of his days. While some call this justice finally served, the facts behind the murder will remain a mystery for ages.

Nicholas "Fat Nick" Minucci

I plan to do a full article on this subject but this is yet another shining example of how juries in America are tainted with racial and ideological bigotry. Nichoals Minucci AKA Fat Nick was arrested and sentenced to 20 years in prison for defending himself from an armed robber. It turns out the robber was a black criminal who openly admitted to being in Nick's home neighborhood of Howard Beach for the purpose of stealing a car.

He was never charged with intent to carjacking or with trying to rob Minucci. Instead he was exonerated and to make matters worse, his victim Minucci was charged with assault and even claimed that it was racially inspired! To make matters worse, the liberal press went on an unprecedented rampage of lies and distortions. The New York Nazi Times, The east coast's own "ministry of truth" never once mentioned fact in the case. Never once did they let him have a say. Instead they tarred and feathered Fat Nick as a racist and a white supremacist bigot.

Other fake news such as The Call, which was run by the black supremacist Nation of Islam branded Nick a racist and never once mentioned self defense. Oh by the way there was one columnist for the New York times who did mention it but said that it was wrong.

The trial of Fat Nick itself was outrageous. Nick was not given a jury of peers but a multi ethnic jury, and the prosecution also broke the law by using sealed juvenile records against him. It turned out that when he was 15 he had been involved in a stupid prank against a sikh temple involving a paint gun incident. Well sad to say this took place just after 9/11 which did not look good for Nicholas. It didn't take long for the jury to come back with a guilty verdict. Instead of serving 20 years Nick was sentenced to 7. Its probably the only good outcome if any at all.

But you don't have to be white to have this happen to you. In Suffolk county on Long Island New York a black man named John White who's home was besieged by five drunken and drug addled white nationalists armed with sicks and knives making racial slurs and screaming threats dared violated the liberal view that Americans have no right to defend themselves and must therefore rely on law enforcement which is either over stretched or lazy. John White shot the men outside who were trespassing.

According to the castle doctrine John White was in the right to open fire on them when they were openly making threats in plain view. At least that would've been the case in places such as Texas. But New York liberals are against both the right of defense and property ownership. (unless that person or thing is property of the state in which only the state can commit abuses.) To make matters worse, Suffolk county has a history of being a hotbed of racism. John White was found guilty by a jury of white liberals and sentenced to 24 years in prison. The sentence was later reduced and later White was freed.

Still Liberals and local media criticized the fanfare given by the trial. Some of this content included attacks against property rights and gun rights as well as racially charged vitriol. Still, even left wing groups like the International Communist league which surprisingly does support gun rights were shocked that a man like white could go to jail for practicing a basic constitutional and human right. In the end the tables were turned and the opponents of self defense got scorched in return.

Emaline HighTower

In the state of Massachusetts in 2006, Emaline HighTower, a recent high school graduate who had plans to attend university and seek a career either as an architect or a lawyer. Her plans for her future were horribly and tragically dashed to bits by the State of Massachusetts which regarded her as mentally incompetent. Why? Because Emaline HighTower was diagnosed by a doctor with having Asperger's syndrome and Bipolar disorder. The diagnosis of Asperger's came about because she was teased and ostracised at school and even disliked by teachers. The Bipolar label came from school transcripts that said that she argued frequently with teachers. But they fail to mention that the arguments came as a result of the teachers refusing to do their jobs, help her or prevent persecution against her that distracted her from learning.

One other thing that psychiatrists ignored was that she was a bright young woman with a b average (could have been better had the school done its job and enforced rules against harassment and so on.) and that she had been employed after school and during the summer. She was saving money to go to University or College. She was also a councilor at a summer camp for foster children. But they omitted that and claimed that she was mentally retarded and had no social skills, was disorganized and disheveled.

In addition the doctors claimed she had poor judgement because of two reasons, 1. She was deciding whether or not to become and architect or lawyer. They claimed that by not deciding one at the bat she was incompetent. I have heard the same thing happen to a friend of mine who had the same allegation made because he told a doctor in one appointment a year previous he wanted to become a sous chef while in another one months later he wanted to become and arc-welder. Well, maybe its not the patient who is out of line and in need of better judgment.

Emaline's parents also were not very supportive either. Although they were loving and caring at first, they were not pleased with how things were going for her in High School. In fact they blamed her for why they and they school failed to bring her up properly. Despite making many accomplishments they had no problem with throwing that away. They, along with Emaline's guidance counselor decided to force her into the mental health system.

Emaline's parents also made things worse by making her emotionally stirred up during a couple of evaluation sessions at the outpatient clinic they forced her to go to. They forced her by legally taking possession of her bank account and savings and threatening to get rid of it if she didn't obey. On the day of one appointment her father assaulted her and called her a stupid good for nothing. She arrived at the doctors emotionally wound up and they said they wanted the doctors to see what she was like. The doctors ignored allegations of blackmail and abuse by the parents and instead suggested that she has emotional problems and needed to see a therapist for distress tolerance training. The doctors ignored what had happened.

emaline was forced to take powerful Psychotropic meds that caused her to feel weak and sluggish other times making her feel agitated. Meds such as seroquel, Risperdal and Prozac which she would be proscribed made her feel worse. She was unable to hold onto her job and was fired, she had a car accident and instead of pointing to the meds as the source of the problems, doctors blamed her saying her bipolar would not let her work anymore. REALLY?

Despite threats parents with advice from the doctors decided to get rid of her money and property. Doctors declared that despite a glowing resume and a relationship with a High School sweetheart and the two being awarded during the prom as most likely to marry, she would never be able to work and marry. Doctors even claimed she should have her tubes tied so she wouldn't pass her supposed mental illness of Aspergers and bipolar on to her offspring. Just like Hitler's Eugenics.

There was another reason why as well. At the time, Governor Mitt Romney had just signed in the socialist Massachusetts health care bill into law requiring residents to purchase health insurance or pay a 1000$ fine. She was ordered to have her entire assets taken away so she could qualify for free health care benefits.

Before they could do anything however, Emaline rented a car with money she could procure and attempted to flee to New Hampshire. Her parents called the police and claimed she was going to New Hampshire to commit suicide. It lead to a high speed pursuit on I-95 by the Massachusetts state police and the Rockingham county sheriff. She was blocked off at the toll both near Seabrook and fled on foot but was caught. She was then taken to a local hospital. Despite protests doctors concluded it would be best for her to be confined to the state of Massachusetts. She was taken from the Hospital in Exeter by ambulance to Solomon Mental health center and discharged into the custody of her parents.

An involuntary commitment hearing was soon underway. Emaline was defended by a legal aid since her money was gone and it was a jury hearing. Despite pleas by Emaline and an empassioned plea by her legal aid jurors took little time in declaring Emaline mentally incompitent and approving her for involuntary commitment and emergency guardianship under her parents. The jurors were made up primarily of white liberals who later commented that it is for her own good that she be forced to participate in programs and forgo a career or university to do so. One juror commented that She looked peculiar and unusual and that she felt someone like her would benefit being cared for by the state rather than go on her own.

The judge was in full agreement. Emaline remembered that human to cockroach look given to her by the judge who stated that she was in flat out denial of her disability and that she was an irresponsible woman. She needed to take responsibility for her mental illness, remain in Massachusetts and participate in programs that are designed to help her. When she tried to speak up the judge threatned to hold her in contempt of court and lock her away for a long time in an institution. The judge stated she was not right in the head based on the opinions of experts and that the state in its infallible judgement was in agreement.

Under the conditions of her commitment and guardianship, she was forbiddent to leave the state, she was forced to take meds that made her weak and sick, she was forbiddent to work at certain jobs or attend university. This did not matter because with a psychiatric record and no money to attend university she couldn't get thsoe jobs and to make matters worse, Romneycare drove most of the jobs out of the state anyway. From that point on she was unemployed and never worked again. She was also forced to reside in a group home in Topsfield Massachusetts for mentally challenged adults. She was the only one there who could dress herself and feed herself. In 2009 she took her own life when attendants at the group home werent looking by running away and sliting her wrists in the woods.

Emaline could have been a taxpayer, a contributor, that would also lead to MORE jobs even but a liberal jury and judge decided that the state knew better and that control is preferable to prosperity. Emaline once had a career, a boyfriend, self respect, self esteem, dignity, freedom. But liberals hate those things and they had to go.

Final thoughts and conclusion

Trial by jury is one of the most important facets of a constitutional and free society. It is a neccesary check against tyranny and against injustices but only when done right. Jurors must be educated, skilled, and must have excellent judgement. The jurors must put aside their biases personal and political and focus only on the issue of guilt or innocenece in a criminal or civil trial. Jurors must also have in possesion morality and virtue. Add to this, they must be good citizens. Liberals unfortunately are incapable of morality and patriotism and cannot be good citizens.

In order for our justice system to become a model standard once more, we must become a moral and godly nation once more. We must cast aside liberalism and godlessness and embrace a higher standard of inspired absolutes. Furthermore we need to stop letting the state dictate to us what is best.

Privatizing the police will lower crime and prevent brutality

This is going to be politically correct and albeit offensive to some but tax payer funded police DOES NOT WORK. Like other positions in government there is no incentive that exists for employees to do good most in fact tag along for free handouts from the taxpayers. Add to this liberal communists in power expect us to be solely dependent on them for assistance. Our founding fathers NEVER expected us to be fully dependent on them. This is one of the reasons we have the 2nd amendment.

The other thing is that government control means more of an attachment and bias in favor of special interests in this case wealthy white taxpayers in gated communities who they will be more concerned about rather than law abiding poor minorities with no access to guns.

But by privatizing them (bear in mind I do not intend to 100% privatize them) By putting companies in charge and requiring they compete means that there will be motive and incentive to do their jobs instead of ignoring us and being lazy.

In addition payment will depend on formulas and statistics on population and crime. The lower the crime in large cities, the higher the pay. Also penalties will be assigned for violating protocol and practicing discrimination and brutality.

With that in mind let us go now the root causes of crime. Gun control and a loss of morality. It is important that first we end gun control. No matter what the law says criminals will always have guns so we should make it easier for law abiding citizens to have them.

Then there must be a return to our Judeo-Christian principles which made this a great nation. People need to realize that they are accountable to a supreme being who will reward a hundred fold for what they have done in this life. As Mitt Romney put it, the increase in crime and government tyranny is a response to a loss of morality which is necessary for our nation to remain free and open.

Now I know what you're thinking... What about blackwater security? What about the interests of the private company? Make no mistake there WILL be regulations and there still will be government control over the police but the government will not have as much of a hand and the private companies that aid in contracting law enforcement will be confined to proper boundaries. Also they cannot be owned and management will change hands regularly

This is just an idea I'm playing with but make no bones about it while a government funded police force is constitutional it is not to be totally relied on and until we are willing to stop the political correctness society will continue to suffer.

Hey everyone this is my first article in over six months, before I get to todays topic I want to update all my fans and readers on what has been going on.

First of all as you know I have been focusing mainly on my vlog on youtube also called mainestategop and on starting a new libertarian organization based on the tyranny response team which I and many friends of mine are members. The organization is called the New England Alliance for Liberty and Free Markets. Were hoping to hold a convention next year either in Concord or Portsmouth. You dont have to be a current or former resident of NE to join however, membership however is exclusive mainly to those of us who monitor and confront liberal fascists online and in the public square. Still we invite you to tag along and help out.

Second, I have been getting complaints from my Catholic friends and viewers about some of my friends on YT posting anti catholic rhetoric mostly from Jack T Chick and others. Well I have taken The Reverend Machias Houlton AKA minnesotastategop to task over that and have curtailed all that unnecesary stuff.

With that in mind my organization is adding three new channels that cater mostly to Catholics. One is provaticanus who is a priest FROM THE VATICAN CITY He has an excellent channel which features lessons cartoons and documentaries unfortunately they are mostly in Italian and Latin. the second channel, I think is called notredamesanctus features documentaries and lessons in english pertaining the Catholic faith. Another channel is from a friend of mine who used to work for me but started his own business in Salem NH and is starting his own multimedia website. I dont have the screen name but check back and we'll see.

Ed Schultz hates seld defense rights

With that I want to talk about what Ed Schultz and remarks he made concerning Neal Boortz. Neal Boortz made remarks on his radio show that many found how shall I say politically incorrect and off the edge. But given that his home city of Atlanta Georgia is one of the most violent cities in America its understandable.

Boortz urged viewers to purchase guns and litter the streets of Atlanta with the bodies of "urban thugs! YO!"

This town is starting to look like a garbage heap. And we got too damn many urban thugs, yo, ruining the quality of life for everybody. And I'll tell you what it's gonna take. You people, you are - you need to have a gun. You need to have training. You need to know how to use that gun. You need to get a permit to carry that gun. And you do in fact need to carry that gun and we need to see some dead thugs littering the landscape in Atlanta. We need to see the next guy that tries to carjack you shot dead right where he stands. We need more dead thugs in this city.

It didnt take long for the freedom hating liberal media to edit his remarks out of context and portray Boortz in a negative light. For starters The young Turks a pro marxist anti american news show on youtube and on radio whose host Cenk Yugur works for MSNBC claimed that Boortz urged his listeners to kill black people.

REALLY?! Where did he say that?! No mention but according to Cenk the tones pretty much said he did. Never mind that nowhere did he say the word black. Plenty of white criminals in Atlanta who deserve to be shot and killed. The Atlanta Child stalker for instance who during the 80s murdered black children and who is believed to be still at large and really a white racist.

Media matters and Ed Schultz lead the attack against Boortz for bravely calling on listeners to excersise their 2nd amendment rights. But Schultz who opposes the 2nd amendment had this to say:

Now Boortz in my opinion in my analysis is he was advocating murder in the streets of Atlanta. Now this guy reaches 4 million listners and I guarantee you Boortz was not thinking of white thugs when he was listing to Hip Hop radio...

Oh? You mean like Eminem who wanted to rape his mom and murder his ex wife?

Boortz no doubt in my opinion reckless stupid and a racist but hes never going to have to apologize... well you heard the tape! Conservatives they're not embarased by Boortz not at all they give him awards!

Afterwards He launched into a diatrabe about the shooting of Giffords by a lunatic who liberals allege was influence by talk radio, despite a lack of evidence and despite the fact that he had once burned the American Flag and listed Mein Kempf and the communist manifesto as his favorite books. Books that advocate liberal principles I might add. He further claimed that the airwaves belong to the people and that as such people should demand that Boortz be taken off the air.

The point is, we cannot be judge, jury, and executioners by shooting someone with a gun when they appear to be a thug, and jack us for our car. We must not take the law into our own hands and instead we must report the incident to the police department and let law enforcement handle it.

Mr. Boortz, should have encouraged people to work with law enforcement when being car jacked instead of encouraging people to take up guns, getting permits, and receiving training to possibly have the streets of Atlanta littered with dead thugs.

Well... Lets evaluate. Atlanta, Despite being in a red state is a liberal city. Like other liberal cities, guns are regulated and the police are lazy and don't care. And concerning racism the vast majority of crime victims in Atlanta are poor african americans. Unlike whites like Schultz they dont get to live in gated communities with security guards and alarms or body guards. they have to rely on the police which doesnt care especially about blacks who are too poor to pay taxes to their salaries.

The truth is that Boortz love him hate him is spot on. Schultz will never have to live in the ghetto or fear for his life while walking the streets at night. He is clueless if he believes that the government cares. It only care about itself.

On youtube I was repudiating a video by Rachel Maddow where she calls Americans stupid because there still resides in this once free land a small but growing majority of people who embrace Judeo Christian values and do not believe environmentalist propaganda. Well, I got into sort of a debate with one of the liberal God haters there. He claimed that religion was BS and that America was not supposed to be Christian that the founders were atheists. (funny, 10 years ago they called them bible thumping rich white folks now they are socialists and god hating hippies.)

Two days ago, An elderly woman was murdered in front of her sister and onlookers on LA's metro gold line station in Little Tokyo. The station, recently opened a year ago under the new gold line extension into east LA now has its first big incident. An insane drug addicted and mentally ill homeless woman is now in custody for committing the murder.

The killer, a woman named Jackkqueline Pogue committed the offense has a long history of mental illness not to mention an even longer criminal history. She had been thrown out of just about every shelter and welfare housing in the city (which is surprisingly not uncommon given that these shelters and other facilities turn a blind eye to drug use and crime) and had a history of roaming LA's metro stations and trains panhandling and causing trouble.

Under California law including a newly expanded version of the LPS act, she was supposed to have been placed in involuntary commitment, institutionalized for a short period and then required to take medication and attend peer counseling.

That never happened.

In fact at least a year previous she assaulted an elderly man at Pershing square station and a Hispanic woman on the metro red line at Hollywood and Vine. The police did nothing. In fact on LAPD officer commented that nothing could be done anyway since she was mentally ill therefore she would get off easy. That still is no excuse. A woman is now dead thanks to their neglect. This should never have happened.

But the innocent are punished still...

This of course brings me to yet another tragedy. This week or maybe next when I get to it, I intend to publish an article on my blog and elsewhere about a high school graduate who was ready to start her adult life only to have it taken away from her by the state of California and mental health professionals.

Melinda Lee, The granddaughter of Chinese refugees who fled Mao Tse Tung's communist upheaval in China to Taiwan, then America and whose parents wound up embracing him had her whole life ahead of her when all of a sudden it was snatched away just a month after she graduated from High School. This woman had her whole life ahead of her... not anymore.

Melinda was forced into involuntary psychiatric commitment by her parents because according to them, she was awkward and peculiar. Doctors labeled her as having Asperger's syndrome, a form of mental social retardation that is also said to be related to autism. Doctors claimed she didn't fit in and was incapable of becoming an independent adult. All of this was conjecture and hear say. They based it on lies by the parents as well as their own biased opinions just because she was said to be nerdy.

Plenty of kids who are nerdy go on to accomplish great things! Think about people like Bill Gates for example. But no. Liberals want the government to butt in. To that end they make up a stupid disorder and then the government comes in, cancels the God given rights of our constitution and forces them to go through things THEIR way. As a result, poverty and disaster which is what always can be expected evertime government is in control.

Melinda had her whole future destroyed. She was not harmful to herself or anyone, she was an A student, she was a bright intelligent young woman ready to enter the world but instead she had that taken from her. In the coming week You will learn more about how liberalism destroyed her.

Meanwhile Jack Pogue gets to sleep on the streets of skid row, she gets thrown out of every shelter and SRO in the city, she goes around making trouble and nobody does anything! Add to this, California gives away several hundred dollars of your taxes to these people like Pogue for doing no work and they spend it on drugs. It all comes down to her killing an innocent old lady at a train station and only then is she arrested and detained. Unlike Melinda and others who are detained because liberals hate freedom and hate successful people.

Now of course I expect more debates to surface about terminating more of our God given liberties in the name of safety against mentally ill criminals. This despite as I mention already in a previous article Laws to that end already and always have existed, even if Hogue wasn't violent, the fact that she is mentally ill, homeless and unable to care for herself would have been enough for the state o come in and place her in the least restrictive setting possible. This as opposed to Nancy Pelosi putting Melinda Lee in an institution and drugging her into oblivion not to mention Nate Tseglin, a high school student who was institutionalized for being ostracized at school and because his parents were anti communist Russian refugees. Tseglin had a bright future but was drugged into oblivion and now suffers brain damage all thanks to Orange County Liberals.

Until we eject the liberals from the 3 branches of government and from the state assembly in California and other states, we will continue to suffer. So will innocent victims like melinda Lee and Nate Tseglin, and so will the victims and loved ones of violent psychotic homeless.

The liberal war on Veterans

If there is one group of people liberals hate more than conservatives and libertarians, it has to be Veterans. These brave men and women have risked their lives many becoming maimed or injured in the process of protecting our God given freedom and liberty. Is it any wonder that liberals hate them so much?

Returning overseas these days veterans wont come back to find grateful godly Americans but instead America hating hippies and socialists who will spit on them and curse them for daring to fight against a nation that murders its own people for the public good and that promoted what they view is the only working ideology.

These days however as these same deranged enemies of God and of freedom and liberty take their place of power and increase the government, they are finding newer and more wicked ways to enforce their godless socialism and to persecute and oppress veterans who they view as being guilty of war crimes against socialist and Islamist despots that they support. By using the power of the state to confiscate the fruits of their labor and their home all for the public good.

Just as liberals target the elderly and disabled to take away their trust funds, their freedom, their pensions ETC and throw them on streets and institutions, liberals love to target vets. Here are just a small yet telling example concerning the tragic end of Army Chaplin Reverend Bill Henry Wadell...

Born in Brazil and the son of missionaries, he had worked hard all his life in the United States as an Army Chaplain's Assistant during the Vietnam war, then as a Social Worker in Illinois and finally as a Presbyterian minister in rural congregations. Bill had carefully planed for his retirement. When Bill Fell Ill with Alzheimer's his wife Mary gained power of attorney over him along with his brother from Maine and his wife's sister. They had also received a small inheritance.

But trouble began while Bill was at Jefferson Barracks hospital in Missouri. A social worker from Illinois named Amy Suydam followed him there after speaking to his brother's attorney and told hospital staff and social workers that his wife was a poor care taker. After this, Amy held a secret unconstitutional trial with Madison county judge Nelson Metz to have his wife stripped of power of attorney and placed under the control of a guardian named Sharon Mehrtens. Mehrtens was not an approved guardian ordered Wadell to be placed in a nursing home and threatened to fine his wife $35 an hour if her name was not put on both hers and Bill's bank accounts and safe deposit box.

Bill's life savings along with that of His wife's was plundered by Sharon who was appointed temporary guardian. Bill Wadell was held in a nursing home where he was abused and denied proper care.

On December 13 2007 Bill's health deteriorated. Mary attempted to have him taken to the ER but was prevented by his guardian who had temporary control (until the money ran out anyway) due to secret hearings by Judge Metz and Amy Suydam. The next day Bill died. His death was believed to have been preventable but under the care of liberal government.

This is how His Wife Mary related to tragic murder of this brave US soldier and soldier of God in his last hours as the socialist state of Illinois murdered him...

Bill was very upset by the fact that someone else was guardian. (I don't think he had Alzheimer's.) Bill asked me, "Please, can't I go home to die?"

And I had to tell him I was powerless to take him home. Our last words together were, "May the Lord watch between me and thee while we are absent one from another." And I told him, "I will always love you." He died at 8:48 AM December 14th, 2007. While he was dying, the rest home could not reach me at our home because, following my brother in law's instructions, I was trying to get a lawyer. The guardianship system was used to take away the man I loved, to harass him until he lost the will to live.

But Bill did not die in vain. As a committed Christian, Bill is with our Lord Jesus.

All during our 38 years of marriage, Bill would tell me how much he loved Whitworth College in Spokane, Washington. So I have established the William H. Waddell scholarship there. It was funded with the $33,000 of Waddell's money his brother and his brother's wife wanted.

The $33,000 dollars Mary spoke of was only a fraction of the original money he had and all they recovered from the greedy hands of the Illinois guardian system. The system of the home state of our current ruler and master Barack Obama and the worst. To this day, Neither Judge Metz, Social worker Amy Suydam or Guardian Sharon Mehrtens have been held accountable for their crimes against Bill Waddell.

Judge nelson Metz

Judge Nelson Metz is a shining example of why liberals must never be allowed to become judges or practice law. Aside from trampling the constitution and undermining civil rights in the name of public good, they are open to bribery and generally do not care about justice which is a vice according to liberalism. Nelson Metz has been responsible time and time again for undermining justice and siding against victims with their perpetrators.

Other than the secret unconstitutional hearing that killed Bill Waddell, Metz presided over a child abuse case involving an 8 year old girl who was burned with cigarettes by her mother.

"It's not my job, really, to decide what's in the best interests of the children," Associate Judge Nelson Metz said on March 9, according to a hearing transcript.

Although the mother pleaded guilty to not protecting the child from being repeatedly burned with cigarettes, Judge Metz thought it was in the child's best interests. The girl was taken into the custody of relatives.

As one foster parent of another child commented, "Madison County seems to be a special "black hole" of the judicial system. Funny that Metz felt it was in our son's best interest ...he feels it's not his job to decide "best interest". Isn't that Ironic?"

This... is what you get when liberals are put in charge of America's justice system.

Amy Suydam

Amy Suydam has been involved with a large number of incidents involving guardian abuse not only in Illinois but all the way in St Louis Missouri as well. She lives off the taxpayers as well as a cut of the victims, er... ward's estate. During the secret hearing along with the conference she had with St. Louis social workers, Suydam indicated that Waddell's religious faith was a sign of mental incapacity.

She also rationalized the taking of money that he was war criminal who took part in the killing of North Vietnamese children, never mind that Ho Chi Minh and his communists murdered 10 times the number of civilians in South Vietnam that they or the Americans did in the North which unlike the communists was unintentional.

Sharon Mehrtens

Sharon Mehrtens works for Illinois Adult Protective services as both a guardian and esate manager. Bill Waddell is just one of many of her victims. She runs a company called Sharon Mehrtens INC and with the help of corrupt liberal judges like Metz involuntarily deprives her wards of their needs, many of whom are dumped in nursing homes and institutions as she spends their money for herself.

Archie Sorth can't buy food or go to the doctor without asking for money from his court-appointed guardian, Sharon Mehrtens.

Sorth, 76, wakes before 6 a.m. most days in his downtown Belleville apartment above the Oregon Trail Roasting Co. coffee shop. He helps his landlady, owner Andrea Cox, by pulling chairs off tabletops and sweeping the sidewalk.

A former steamfitter and welder and a U.S. Army veteran, Sorth walks to Belleville pantries for food, Cox said, and does odd jobs for small amounts of money.

Mehrtens declined to discuss Sorth's case specifically, citing confidentiality. But, when speaking generally about her cases, she said, "When you have people with mental illness, you can't hand them cash."

Sorth slept on an old mattress on the floor beneath a leaky roof and sort of came with the building when Cox bought it in 2007.

Cox said that after she submitted a complaint to the Southwestern Illinois Visiting Nurse Association, Mehrtens brought him a bed. She said Sorth's teeth were rotting, and that needed dental work was done only after calls and e-mails to Mehrtens.

Cox said she believes guardians should care for their wards the way parents do their children.

"Because Archie's 76, people don't care," she said. "The point is, whoever is the guardian needs to do the job. The state said Archie isn't capable of taking care of himself."

Mehrtens, who handles the roughly $7,000 Sorth gets each year in interest income and his "old age pension," charges $35 an hour to open his mail, make and receive phone calls and pay his bills. His $430 per month rent is often late, Cox said, adding Sorth's utility bills often are past due, resulting in late fees.

Sorth said he has a card with Mehrtens' phone number on it, but he doesn't have a telephone and doesn't want to call her anyway because he's afraid she'll charge him for the call.

Archie's case is typical of all guardianships especially in the state of Illinois which ranks dead last for human rights for the elderly and disabled. Despite support from his landlady and from attorneys, he remains in dire straits. Note also her bigoted belief that people labeled with mental illness (many of whom by the way are not really mentally ill.)must never be allowed to handle money.

Archie Sorth's mental health diagnosis in fact shows signs of being fraudulent and may be based mainly on different circumstances in his life, perhaps even his personal beliefs as is the case with Rev. Waddell as well as attempts to resist abuse by his guardian.

Archie Sorth has had many of his belongings confiscated and taken away by his guardian. According to Sharon, he had too much junk and charged him $2000 for a unspecified fee and for storage. Mehrtens said she sometimes files reports late because even though the current judge requires annual reports, previous judges had her on a three-year filing schedule, and she forgets when a report is due until the court sends her a late notice.

When Mehrtens put Archie Sorth's estate in Bourbon, Mo, up for auction, he tried to burn it down. Also According to a 2002 News story, he ran from Mehrtens and police when she had him evicted and tried to put him in an institution. He lived on the run for 16 months.

Archie Sorth's brother, Dan Sorth of St. Louis has not been supportive for Archie and said Archie Sorth has always had trouble getting along with people. Dan Sorth said he hasn't talked to his brother in years and said that he and their other brother worked to have Mehrtens appointed guardian in 1995 because Archie allegedly frequently gave his property away. In reality it was the exact opposite. Mehrtens as it has been found has actually been confiscating property FROM him and getting away with it by alleging his mental illness and that he hoards trash.

She has not been prosecuted.

This is just an example of how liberals treat our heroes. I have mentioned time and time again how liberals use the government to attack the elderly and disabled especially with the use of SSI to scam them and dump them in institutions and nursing homes. Veterans are probably even bigger targets because liberals continue to hold a grudge against them for their actions in stopping the spread of socialism world wide and further promoting the American ideas of liberty freedom egalitarianism and individual rights and responsibility, not to mention capitalism.

Forbes Magazine recently released its annual statistics on best states for business and careers for 2010. In this tough economy and when looking for a place with good employment, it is a useful tool. The statistics were compiled by several business organizations including Moody's Economy.com Polling Corporate Real Estate Pacific Research Institute Tax Foundation Sperling's Best Places Better Government Association Census Bureau SBA FBI Dept. of Education and of course Forbes.

Both Private and public sectors came together and compiled this listing. The criteria used included the following: educational attainment, net migration, projected population growth, regulatory and tort climate, incentives, government integrity, transportation and bond ratings job income and gross state product growth as well as unemployment and presence of big companies, projected job, income and gross state product growth as well as business openings/closings and venture capital investments. The quality of schools, health, crime, cost of living and poverty rates were also included.

Those of you who are familiar with the listing on forbes as well as those who have read it on my blog will see some familiar faces both at the top and bottom of the list. Below is the ratings. The numbers on the left are current ranks, the right ones are last years rankings:

The state of Utah beat Virginia out as best state for business. Salt Lake City and the rest of Mormon Country in particular the city of Provo have enjoyed a great deal of economic prosperity. Virginia's decline was probably due to the lost of manufacturing jobs along with upticks in violent crime in Richmond. Utah, with its pro capitalist business climate and strong foundations of moral, family and religious values were no doubt essential in its climb to the top. Say what you want about Mormon beliefs in general, its emphasis of family values without a doubt made this possible.

And just like in previous years, low tax small government republican conservative states such as Texas, Nebraska, Colorado, North Carolina ETC. have retained the top ten despite shrills from socialist Democrats that those are bad states with no taxes or programs for lazy slackers. Minnesota, Washington state and Oregon were the only Democrat states to remain on top. Don't expect it to last much longer.

The free state of New Hampshire remains at 19 near the bottom of the upper bracket due to an influx of communist Democrats fleeing the messes they made in Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island New York, California and elsewhere. They brought their anti freedom anti business beliefs with them and put them to practice, pulling The Free state downhill.

Surprisingly, The Peoples Socialist republic of Massachusetts made a steady climb up due to reforms by counter revolutionaries no doubt. All they need to do now is chuck out the unconstitutional insurance mandate and all will be well.

At the bottom of the list as always were the liberal states. All those states where liberal mantras of government knows best, for the children and for the greater good (always at the expense of your children and their greater good BTW) are put in practice and were liberty and freedom are disdained as racist Nazism, where socialism is all that's allowed and where your rights don't matter. Alaska is the only state of any kind of conservatism at the bottom. California which has embraced the European model is close to the bottom 10.

Not surprisingly the State of Maine which also embraces European leanings was dead last, bumping Rhode Island, another model of Europeanism in America off. Mississippi, long considered worst state in the union was behind that followed by the Europeanized state of Michigan which was the home state of Michael Moore.

Maine's decline is no doubt due to voter initiatives from Democrats asking for more taxing spending and borrowing. The value of the dollar has declined greatly in the state that has close to the biggest tax burden not to mention largest government administration in the nation due to constant borrowing to keep the mega beast alive. That, and demands by Maine's immoral majority to allow illegal aliens to vote, raise property taxes and the defeat of the Tabor (tax payer bill of rights) amendment last year for the 2nd time. Add to this, a lack of welfare reform and generous handouts to teenage moms with litters and dope fiends.

In addition, a growing number of gangs especially around the Portland Metro area, a massive increase in homelessness, even new taxes against vacationers such as what to do with your row boat!!

There is hope for Maine. The recent elections of republicans have given Maine and opportunity to come out of its hell hole and return the the traditional values of America and the free market. Let us hope and pray that this so. Its up to us to make sure our newly elected republican leaders have a backbone to stand for their convictions of freedom liberty and free markets against the tyranny of the socialist left.

That response is F You tea party. The F word is probably the only thing they come up with for anything!

A group calling itself the Agenda project wants to start a counter revolution against the Tea Party movement and stifle its attempts to bring back freedom and liberty. Their movement is called F Tea. Basically all they do is shout the F word at tea party protesters and make death threats.

With that in mind, and remembering what happened to Kenneth Gladney Not to mention other incidents of violence by the intolerant Democratic left, its no wonder Carrying firearms is such a necessity at Tea Party rallies, especially in blue states.

Liberals are incapable of explaining why their system of tax spend and immorality is better. Instead they resort to tantrums, cursing, threatening and violence. All while vilifying the opposition by spreading evil lies.

They do so again in 2010 elections. Embracing Hurling F Bombs and wearing hats and t-shirts using the F Word against tea party goers and their views. I got a first hand look myself while in Boston some time ago. I saw a teenager walking around with the F Tea T-shirt and asked him about why he wears it and how using the F word is a legitimate argument.

When I pointed out that the average unemployment level under Bush in the middle of his term was half of what it is now he responded.

Some Truths About Democrats, Progressives, and liberals in general

The following are some general observations about Democrats, Progressives and liberals in general, and the fundamental fallacies that render them ipso facto unfit to govern:

They have confused causation and correlation, either intentionally or not, and believe, without any evidence whatsoever, that global warming (which does appear to be occurring) is caused solely by the activities of human beings. As a matter of basic logic, correlation does not imply causation, as demonstrated by a simple example: there is a strong correlation between your alarm clock ringing and the Sun rising; however, there is no causation, in either direction. That is, the ringing of your alarm clock does not cause the Sun to rise, and conversely, the rising of the Sun does not cause your alarm clock to ring. There is nothing more than simple correlation between the two events, a correlation established through the independent agency of the makers of your alarm clock.
They do not understand basic economics, of the sort that even a normal five year-old understands. To wit: (1) if you pay somebody for not doing something, you will get less of that something (in parenting circles, this is more commonly known as bribing your five year-old to behave him- or her-self); (2) if you make something more expensive, you will get less of it; and (3) there is no such thing as a free lunch.
They adhere to a false economy regarding the differences between for-profit businesses on the one hand and non-profits and government agencies on the other. They implicitly (sometimes explicitly) assume that the profit made by a for-profit business is in addition to the strict costs of production for a particular good, and draw the false conclusion that "profit" is therefore inherently evil because it constitutes an unjustified taking from the purchasers, or more often, the workers who produce, said good. The false economy consists in this: they fail to take into account all of the costs of production that every for-profit business must of necessity take into account, including the costs of paying for the non-profit or government agency employees who would be involved in producing that good, including managerial, supervisory, and general office staff, if for-profits were banned from doing so, as well as the larger overhead costs of government, including the costs of collecting revenue and the costs of supporting a legislature to enact the laws that are used to seize industries from private for-profit businesses and to enact the comprehensive codes of regulation that inevitably arise in a vain attempt to replace the discipline that the market achieves without the need for much more than courts and sheriffs who enforce property rights and contract rights.

They adhere to views of human nature and political theory that are fundamentally incoherent. Those views can be summed up as follows: the ordinary individual human being is not very good at making rational decisions regarding his or her own best interests; therefore it is the obligation of the Government to take from each individual the power or capacity to make decisions regarding his or her own best interests and to confer that decision-making power on "trained experts," bureaucrats who will, it is supposed, govern solely in the public interest and in each case with a rational view to the best interests of each individual involved in the matter at hand.

That these are fundamentally incoherent views of human nature and political theory is most easily demonstrated: if we grant that individual human beings are not very good at making rational decisions about their own best interests, given that each individual has the most incentive to pay attention to their own circumstances, then how is it a solution to that problem if we simply replace one fallible individual with another - the so-called "trained expert" bureaucrat - who, in addition to suffering from precisely the same lack of rational decision-making skills, lacks the proper incentive to look after the best interests of the individuals over whom that bureaucrat rules because he or she has no skin in the game, and who also has his or her own personal, subjective interests that will inevitably factor into a decision as to which they are irrelevant, namely, the best interests of the individual(s) over whom that bureaucrat rules.

I Came across a liberal article today that was steeped in total and utter ignorance "Top ten Reasons why liberals are better than conservatives." HAH! After two years of Obama and the Democrats, you must be blind not to see the fallacy of this statement. Add to this the trashing of our constitutional rights by Democrats for decades.

With this in Mind, I decided to refute it with something of my own. Why Liberals are really WORSE than Conservatives. BTW, this guy claims to be centrist. He certainly is not.

10) Liberals prefer to be sensitive to the issues of various groups of people, while conservatives deride sensitivity as “political correctness.” (“Macaca,” anyone?)

Political correctness is in reality cultural Marxism. Its used by liberals to silence opposing views about certain aberrations found in cultures groups and ideas. An example is Militant Islam. It is illegal in Liberal Europe to criticize Islam because that is hate speech. Ironically it is not illegal for Muslims to advocate killing non Muslims.

9) Conservatives prefer cutting taxes on the wealthy even if it creates deficits. Liberals believe in paying for what you spend.

Liberals like Obama in the mean time just spend spend spend spend. Real conservative cut taxes AND spending.

8)Conservatives prefer to thumb their noses at the rest of the world. Liberals remember that America is the leader of a community of nations.

Pointing out how the values and beliefs of other nations create more problems as opposed to the judeo Christian morals we were founded on is not thumbing our noses. Europeans have been attacking us since our founding in order to discredit our constitutional and Christian philosophies as opposed to their views of absolutionism.

7) Conservatives prefer to shoot first and ask questions later. Liberals prefer to ponder the long-term consequences of their actions before using force..

Liberals never considered the consequences of gun control, speech codes, high taxes and regulations then and despite the fact they failed still wont consider it.

6) Conservatism cares most about what is best for the individual, and is therefore inherently a selfish philosophy. Liberalism cares most about what’s best for society and the environment as a whole.

In other words, it is selfish to allow John Q Taxpayer to have the right to decide how to run his business and his household and keep what he has earned but not selfish for society to grab away his money property and what he owns, boss him around in running his business and as a result cause him and his family to become homeless and destitute. Neither is it selfish for 51% to oppress the other 49% for whatever reason even deciding that they no longer have the right to live. This is Socialism. This group mentality of taking away other people's property and redistributing it IS completely selfish and disrespectful.

For a few examples, Zimbabwe Africa and its policy of confiscating land for the greater good, An attempt by liberals to limit personal rights of those who no longer want to live in a blue state for economic reasons And using government programs to confiscate money from society's weakest Individuals who are elderly or disabled. Using SSI among other things.

This is why liberalism creates poverty and fails everywhere. Because rights to own property and rights of the individual are not respected. This By the way is one of the foundations of fascism. Individualism as opposed to collectivism is the opposite of selfishness.

5) Conservatives prefer to prey on the environment for the sake of industry. Liberals understand that without a healthy planet and environment there can BE no industry.

Well there's nothing necessarily wrong with that but the environmentalists tend to put the welfare of weeds bugs and owls over the welfare of human beings and their jobs. A healthy planet is useless if you are starving, unemployed and sick from preventable diseases like malaria.

4) Conservatives want to legislate morality to other people who may not share their views. Liberals prefer to live and let live.

This is totally outrageous. First of all Liberals Never in history want to live and let live. Just look at the examples above to see why. Liberals want the government to decide what's best for us and every time in history that has happened it has failed. Conservatives meanwhile are legislating morality that is sensible and respects the rights of the individual.

3) Conservatives believe that majority rules. Liberals understand that the Bill of Rights was crafted to protect minorities from the predations of majorities.

This is Backwards. Its liberals who want the majority to decide whats best. remember all that talk he just gave us about how individualism is selfish as opposed to collectivism?

2) For conservatives, religion and politics are like bread and butter. For liberals, they are like oil and water.

Real conservatives don't want to merge religion and government but to keep religion completely separate is a bad idea. If there is no supreme being then there is no absolutes and if there are no absolutes then there is no law or morality. This can explain why we have so much crime and corruption.

And the top reason in my mind why conservatism is backwards and Luddite:

1) Conservatives prefer looking to the past for guidance on solving today’s problems. Liberals understand that times change and often require new approaches to problems not envisioned by our forefathers.

Which can be summed with this. Those who do not remember the past are condemned to repeat it. But suddenly that is now luddite. the values our founders gave us work. The few changes made to the constitution since were based on the same founding principles. Up until recently when liberals began taking over.

The Author should thank people like us for not going off the cliff like all the other nations like in Europe which as a result of ignoring Judeo Christian principles in favor of socialism suffered from wars, famines, holocausts and tyrannical governments. If not for Conservatives he would be in a sweatshop, in a gas chamber or lined up against the wall facing a firing squad. All I might add "for the good of society" just like he himself preaches.

Liberals plan to control nation's food supply and starve the homeless and disabled

In previous articles I brought up how liberals want the state to control the worlds food supply. Liberals believe that the private sector should not have a say in growing distributing and selling food. The state along with one world communist government should only have a say in those matters.

Of course any student of history can see where that has lead, from food shortages and blights in the middle ages thanks to feudalism to hundreds of millions dying under communist made food shortages in Ukraine and China.

Farms and grocery stores are not the only things liberals want to come under the monopoly control of the state. The very act of giving someone food, a crust of bread, a morsel, what have you, outside government supervision is considered abhorrent by liberals. Only the state and those authorized by the state should do that. Even if the person is needy.

In cities around America such as Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Dallas, Portland Oregon, Miami, Austin, Portland Maine, Seattle, Orlando, Las Vegas, Denver, Chicago, Detroit and New York, cities that have large homeless and needy populations (thanks to liberals and their sadistic nazist worldview) there have been clamp downs by the police, the department of health and city council against charities and citizens that distribute food to the needy.

Groups like Food not bombs, the salvation army, local churches ETC have come under the heavy foot of BIG government. This has been felt horribly in Orlando, Los Angeles and Las Vegas. The government wants to ban the sale or free giving of food to those deemed eligible for government assistance. (Yet don't get it)

Under the auspices of hygiene and the environment, liberals want to make it a crime to give food to the homeless and those with little or no income and require that only the government may give them food. To further discourage this, liberals have used ineffective bureaucracy by forcing charities to pay hundreds perhaps thousands of dollars to obtain a government permit to hand out food. In addition harassment by the police has taken place.

In Los Angeles, the liberal LAPD with help from busy bodies at city hall have moved through Skid Row and south Central LA harassing and discouraging the giving of food. Feedings were commonplace at the time. Charities even ordinary citizens would show up and provide used clothing, food and hygiene kits to LA's poorest and most downtrodden. The Liberals at city hall want to put an end to that and make sure that the only place they will be getting food or anything is at state run/regulated missions or the welfare office.

Food not bombs was harassed last month by LAPD officers accompanied by a government worker outside the Union Mission. The Worker and the officer attempted to shut down the feeding and warned volunteers that feeding the poor and giving them clothing promoted drug addition, littering and that they needed an expensive health permit. Another charity was also harassed. None of the caved in thankfully and no one was arrested.

Sadly there have been successful attempts by liberal Busy bodies to shut down feeding. A group of UCLA students attempted to serve soup to transients living near Washington Blvd and were prevented by LAPD officers who used bullying tactics. The group caved and repacked their van and moved on. Not before LAPD officers dumped the soup out on the pavement.

A group of Korean missionaries who regularly serve coffee and donuts on 6th and Crocker also faced harassment and were deterred from serving one day by police officers who followed them and stopped their van just in sight of a line full of hungry people, many of whom had been waiting over an hour. The missionaries were bullied and threatened with a citation if they did not move on. They did and several poor individuals, many of whom do NOT get benefits of any kind including food stamps did not get to eat breakfast that day because of liberals and the LAPD.

Similar instances have taken place in other cities like the ones mentioned above. At times feedings have been shut down due to liberal meddling by Department of health and local gestapo. Never mind that many of these people do not get benefits and sleep out in the streets.

And Here, is the crux of the problem, the government, the very government that wants these poor people to depend solely on them often times turns them away and tells them to go die somewhere instead of so much as giving them benefits.

Statistics show that in Los Angeles county, over 70% of transients, many of whom are disabled are not getting any kind of benefits including food stamps despite being eligible. The same story is played out throughout America's cities. Food stamps, SSI, TANF and other services are denied and the poor are turned away. All while selfish and lazy government employees waste your taxes. Most of the time, able bodied drug addicts are put ahead of those truly in need.

The consequences

Shutting down feedings and forcing the poor to rely exclusively on the government for assistance not only costs taxpayers more money, it often times does not work and creates ripple effects throughout the community.

In Dallas Texas for example, the city council meddled with feedings and shut them down saying it would be better if the poor rely on welfare. The city also shut down a non profit shelter because of its religious views. The result... Dallas experienced Higher crime, more homelessness and more drug addictions. Homelessness did not budge an inch.Las Vegas and Orlando also attempted the same thing by shutting down feedings. This fueled crime by creating a desperate situation and created a greater dependence on government.

The liberal agenda: Mass starvation and totalitarian control.

The real agenda of liberals behind this is not compassion but control over your food and when or whether you can eat. Liberals will have us believe that food is a right not a privilege but fail to mention who gives that right? Their answer is the state which all must bow down to and obey or Your a racist! But the state as it always has can always take away what it can give. It often happens.

We saw this first hand in Russia and China in the past century. Both countries cast off religion and morality and the ideas of free markets liberty and the right to decide for one's self. (of course at the time they had very little freedom or liberty to begin with anyway making it easier.)

The state took control of food and production and distribution became centralized in the hands of a few. It was the will of the people the liberals said. Food is a right, and because of this, hundreds of millions perished.

In Germany under Hitler's national socialists, food was withheld from those the state deemed unworthy. That is, those who were not considered full blooded Aryans and opposed the state. This also included those who could not contribute labor or taxes for government projects as well as government pay stubs. The German Socialists initiated the barbaric T4 program. First they used starvation by denying food to patients in mental hospitals who were considered inferior by the state's opinion. Thousands died of starvation in mental hospitals and work camps. Later they resorted to gassing with carbon monoxide.

Liberal socialists in America are doing the exact same thing their predecessors did in Germany, the USSR, China, Cambodia and elsewhere by making it a crime to distribute food to the poor and the weak and by funneling the masses into a bureaucratic nightmare where the power of life and death is given at the hands of case workers, government administrators and others. If you can't work, if you are homeless, if you can't contribute taxes and most of all, if you don't contribute votes for the Democrats in exchange, you don't eat.

Not only do liberals deny food stamps SSI and others, they deny health care. America already has Universal health care in most of America despite what liberals want you to believe. In Maine for example there is Mainecare and it frequently turns away those who need it. In Massachusetts and California the same thing also happens. Free clinics on La's Skid row also turn away people.

Now that we have Obamacare, expect to see more poor and elderly being pushed aside for illegal aliens, drug addicts and singles with illegitimate children who make up Obama and the Democrat's voting base. It looks as though Sarah Palin's theory of death panels might not be as far fetched as the left would have us believe. the NHS in Britain also deny's life saving care to its poor and weak. In the Netherlands Euthanasia is being practiced to kill weak and sick babies who are just being born. In Communist Venezuela and Cuba, doctors deny healthcare to babies with down syndrome. And to make Socialized medicine look good, they downplay casualties and cook the books. After all they were weak and inferior anyway.

Food is always a weapon of socialism. If the government can give it to you it can take it away. A government that is powerful enough to give you your rights can terminate them and a government with that much power also has the ability to kill you at anytime it wants.

Alternatives and how conservative cities deal with it

There are of course better ways to solve all of these allegations made by police and the health department. For one thing cheaper permit costs wouldn't hurt. In addition requiring clean up after wards by the volunteers. Also by placing and regularly emptying garbage cans. Instead of collectively punishing every needy person, simply cite and fine those who litter.

It can work and it does in more Conservative communities where Judeo Christian values are entrenched. One good example is Omaha Nebraska. the city of Omaha is regarded as one of the ten most generous cities in the country. 50% of the population volunteers in some kind of mercy work. The city is overwhelmingly religious with Catholics just barely outnumbering Evangelicals. The city has two privately run shelters that provide laundry clothing food shelter and other services to the homeless and those struggling.

There are also regular feedings at the park downtown near the library. St Timothy's Lutheran church regularly distributes sandwiches and food not bombs also comes by weekly. Angels on wheels, a ministry that routinely serves the needy also comes by and holds BBQ cook outs and distributes shoes clothes and hygiene kits. Permit costs are sensible and everyone is civilized almost all the time. The volunteers also clean up afterwards making sure that everything is tidy like before. This is what civilization looks like. this is what happens when the teachings of Abraham, Mosses and Christ are applied in our society. But the liberals despise this...

Liberals attempt to rewrite history on the Boston Tea Party

In yet another attempt to assault the tea party movement, the left has a new weapon up its sleeve. A weapon its predecessors in totalitarian countries such as liberal Germany and liberal China have used frequently. Revisionist history. In this case it concerns an event in American history. the Boston Tea party. A revolt by colonists where a merchant ship carrying tea from the British East India company was seized and its cargo dumped overboard. This was all due to unjust taxation by British Parliament thousands of miles away. Taxation without representation as our founders put it which was considered an act of tyranny.

But not according to liberal historians. According to the far left these patriots were NOT protesting against unjust taxes but were protesting a TAX CUT. That's right! You heard that correctly, the revolutionary war, the tea party, ETC. were because those capitalist stooges in Britain voted to cut every one's taxes rather than spread the wealth around for the greater good.

AND DON'T FORGET TO THINK OF THE CHILDREN!! CHILDREN! CHILDREN! CHILDREN! CHILDREN!

The founding fathers evidently weren't very much those old white slave owning liberty loving capitalist dogs the liberals make them out to be. They were commie pinkos who wanted to take things away from you for the greater good.

But let us go back to the real world. What really did happen. What is it that the leftists leave out?

Well to start with what happened was it was NOT a tax cut that parliament voted for. More of a tax shift. This is by the way a very cunning tactic used by liberals in many places when trying to pacify blue collar and other Democrats who worry about heavy tax burdens effecting the economy and their standard of living. In Maine where I am originally from, Governor Baldaci The Bolshevik tyrant that has run our state to the ground for a decade used this tactic frequently. He would cut Income taxes while raising sales taxes and other taxes or at times tax cut here and tax hike elsewhere. The leftist media would then cover it up act like there was no shift while making ad hominem attacks on capitalists who opposed it.

Barack Obama has done the same thing. His economic plan to raise taxes while letting Bush's teeny tiny tax cuts expire is called a tax cut for middle class families. In reality no one's taxes are being cut. They are in fact being raised and the big companies WILL pass the buck to those of us the consumers.

The same tactic was used to attack Bush when he attempted his tax cuts. In reality what happened was Democrat legislatures in state and city levels hiked taxes cancelling out Bush's tax cuts. Only Middle American states with low taxes and smaller governments enjoyed any prosperity during the last decade. Sadly, the liberal dominated media turned THAT around and covered THAT up.

But getting back on topic, British parliament Did exactly that. Tax shift. NOT Tax cut. You see it all started when a gigantic conglomerate called The British East India company reported that its revenues and profits were in deep decline. This primarily due to competition from smaller shipping companies. The company riled up parliament with fears of economic hardships if it did not do anything to help.

Well, just like big companies in our time, the British East India Company HAD bought off much of Parliament. Not to mention, the house of lords. So that along with cries of the sky is falling helped make it possible for Parliament to pass the Tea act which GAVE The British East India company a special exemption on tariffs and duties for shipping. Not only that, a tax cut.

This act for all intensive purposes was a precursor to a favorite pass time of liberals called corporate welfare as well as Keynsianism.

According to Supporters, it would drive down costs of tea all while discouraging smugglers. Just like how stealing 800 billion from overburdened taxpayers was supposed to be helpful to OUR economy. Both were lies.

In reality, the tea act was harmful to local shipping companies which were NOT exempt from these fees and taxes and faced bankruptcy. In those days Bankruptcy also usually meant imprisonment for many years in a debtors prison or forced service in The army or Navy. The price of tea meanwhile remained the same all while The British East India company wallowed in cash.

At the same time Parliament dramatically increased policing of smuggling and forbade colonists to buy any other tea except from the British East India Company. Overall, the result was an ACTUAL TAX INCREASE on the most basic of items of some 50-60%. So, no, it really wasn't a tax cut that the colonists were protesting. More over it was the opposite. That and corporate welfare.

TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION IS TYRANNY!

These words were uttered by our forefathers more than 2 centuries ago first by the reverend Jonathan Mayhew then by Patrick Henry and James Otis. These were words that were the spark for revolution against an unjust ungodly and tyrannical government thousands of miles away that imposed the will of a tiny aristocratic oligarchy who ruled without consent of the governed.

To Liberal socialist Democrats, especially the royal aristocratic elite in congress and the Senate those words are considered the uttering of right wing nuts and racists. The ideas of individualism, free speech, economic liberty freedom of religion the right to bear arms ETC. these are all abhorred by liberal democrats whose stranglehold of power is kept enforced by a population of sloths, addicts, and those who view wealth and prosperity as a form of theft and liberty and freedom a form of white supremacy and racism.

Today the tyrannical government our forefathers fought against lies not thousands of miles and a continent away but on our own shores in Washington and in our state capitols and city halls. A government that takes away the fruits of our blood sweat and tears and gives it away to sloths, drug addicts, felons and corporate cheats just to name a few. I have been away for 3-4 months from my blog and I had a lot of articles I wanted to publish. For one, The anniversary of the Mutiny on the Bounty was around that time and a friend of mine who is a historical scholar was going to help write an interesting article about mutiny and include some facts about Captain William Bligh and the bounty crew that is not generally known. He would cut away some of the fiction and non fiction that sadly has seeped in thanks to popular fiction and Hollywood influence.

I was also going to discuss the so called theory about death panels and how sure enough, Obama care will be rationing medicine and denying life saving treatment to people who are perceived as being useless and a social burden. Also, I was going to show more articles about SSI scams against about the collapse of Social security and California liberals invading free states with their failed Marxist policies that ruined their home state.

However I felt compelled to bring up an issue I have been taken to task about which concerns psychiatry. In a lot of my articles I have written about abuses involving the mental health system. I have been accused of being a Scientologist even by those in conservative forums for my attacks against psychiatry.

Well let me be frank, I am not an opponent of psychiatry. I do not deny that mental illness exists, ETC I certainly am not a scientologist.

But...

I am against psychiatrists making up disorders and diseases out of thin air without physical proof. At the APA for example they simply take a vote and boom! The illness exists.

I am against psychiatrists using traits and distinctions that have nothing to do with mental state and nothing to do with anything neurological. Some psychiatrists diagnose people as mentally defective simply because they were victims of persecution or because of religious or political beliefs.

With that in mind I want to point out that as I detest such diagnosing of mental illness on such absurd grounds, what is even more absurd is that such diagnosis OF a mental illness that freedoms and liberties guaranteed by the constitution should be suspended for such as person diagnosed.

It is the later that I and others who have been involved in the anti-psychiatry movement have been most concerned about. Those of you who have followed my blog for the past two plus years are aware of atrocities that have resulted from abuse at the hands of mental health officials. SSI scamming, guardian abuse being the worst of these atrocities. Not to mention defending abusive relatives.

With that in mind, these same individuals most of whom are perfectly healthy and productive members of society are persecuted by leftist doctors while those who are truly in need of treatment and intervention are ignored.

Just a few months ago I took a trip to Los Angeles, one of the homeless capitols of the country. (California in of itself is a homeless capitol. A testament to the welfare state and illegal immigration.) While there were plenty of people who were out on the streets because they were down on their luck, I noticed many of them were visibly demented and deranged. Downtown I saw homeless people who were talking to themselves and invisible people (in English AND Spanish.)

I noticed a man who had white and red make up with crosses on his face who was singing and shouting Christian hymns and oldies. He looked like a clown. I saw an old woman who was cursing on the side walk. In Hollywood, I saw crackheads and other insane people. I recalled an incident in Modesto where a woman who was living independently was declared bipolar, sterilized and had her assets confiscated not to mention similar cases. Surprisingly, these doctors left skid row and the Streets of LA Hollywood and elsewhere untouched.

Men and women who are a threat to themselves and others, who are clearly incapable of caring or feeding themselves, who are living on the streets are ignored. Elderly and ordinary citizens however are targets of communist minded psychiatrists who are after their assets and property isolating, medicated and robbing them then dumping them on the streets.

Psychiatry itself is not the problem. The problem is the socialist worldview that has crept into the practice for over a century; the abhorrence of property rights and the rights of life liberty and the pursuit of happiness and in its place a collectivist dictatorship run either by a single tyrant or multiple tyrants elected or otherwise or a tyranny of 51% or more of people who are childish, selfish and naive. Here is were Rob Hubbard and the Scientology church fails in finding the errors of psychiatry. It is not psychiatry itself but socialism.

As jobs continue to vanish in Democratic states with high living costs and taxes, low tax, low regulation small government states, the kind libtards claim is bad to live are thriving. Why? Because unlike most states like Maine New Jersey New York Massachusetts and Rhode Island which pass crushing regulations against new jobs and new business along with taxes that are usually forced on the consumer, states such as Texas, Kansas, Georgia and New Hampshire are gaining those lost jobs and skilled workers that flee over the borders. These states have low taxes and allow businesses to make their own decisions and to decide how to run things. With it comes new taxable revenue and infrastructure.

As business and jobs evacuate liberal lands, so with it goes those who have lost everything due to the recession. Its not new. In the 1930s, the homeless and those who became destitute fled westward to states where new jobs could be found. California, then a conservative state that opposed Marxism was a thriving state that in spite of the great depression enjoyed a high standard of living. People went west to these and other locations.

Today in the new depression, the exodus is happening in liberal states. New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Michigan are experiencing a net migration loss and states such as Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Kansas and Iowa are seeing an influx of jobless seeking work. The loss is devastating to a state already hard pressed by unfair taxation by liberals, and now that taxable base that has been squeezed dry is running across borders to places that still have some semblance of economic free markets with it, those trying to regain the American dream.

What are Communist democrats to do? Government intervention is what. Soviet style.

Liberal Democrats want a ban on travel and moving. Either that or to make it more difficult. In the 70s 80s and 90s Liberals tried to do this with those taking children out of dangerous urban schools. Liberals wanted legislation to force children of other races to go to schools with different races and to punish them if they left or took them out. The plan was a disaster. Bright young students in middle class communities went to the ghettos with gangs metal detectors and drugs while urbanized youth went to these clean safe schools and turned them into war zones.

Of Course when the schools fell apart, the parents would just move to a different neighborhood with a different school system and in turn bring with them what ever urban behaviors the kids have. This happened frequently in Southerns New Hampshire during the 90s. Kids from Boston and New York came New Hampshire and brought with them, their criminal mentalities and urban ghetto ways and spread it around like a virus. Not only gang bangers, neo nazi skin heads also came along too. Minority students suffered the most.

Liberals have tried and failed to prevent parents from pulling their kids out of failed liberal schools just as they have failed to discourage people from pulling out of liberal states to New Hampshire. Its no wonder that tolls on roads going to NH have cost more and more.?

Well Liberals in the past decade have come up with a new plan. Ban the poor homeless jobless people from leaving and starting over in an American state that still has resemblance to America. How? many ways... One way that has become popular in states such as Maine, Massachusetts and California is to claim that simply being unemployed and homeless is the victim's fault and that it is a sign of severe mental illness.

Its amazing that liberals consider conservatives to be miserly and that we all label homeless people as undeserving. Which explains why I volunteered at the homeless shelter in Bangor and why my new business in New Hampshire regularly donate to Southern New Hampshire Rescue Mission and a similar establishments in Portsmouth Derry and Nashua. HMPH! One charge I have heard from liberals is that the conservatives blame them for their poverty. Meanwhile liberals do what they accuse us of doing and not only that, take steps to keep them from getting out of poverty in the process.

At least we don't spend other people's money fighting poverty much less keep them from advancing.

But getting back on topic, liberals are using a crisis situation to blame the victim and that its somehow their fault. They cant get a job because they have poor social skills or that they are somehow unintelligent and incapable of making their own decisions. Therefore government must step in and control them like robots. NOTE: Liberals consider everyone incapable of making any decision regardless of any diagnosis or IQ. Only the government is supposed to do that.

Since they are incompetent they shouldn't be allowed to move to Texas or New Hampshire to get a job. Those places after all do not have the kind of taxpayer funded social programs that liberals love and want us to believe actually work so you must stay put and let the government take care of everything. Meanwhile, your savings start to go down, you lose your home, you are in a shelter or a tent city and more and more jobs continue to sail over the border without you. But its no ones fault but yours. Why? You are incompetent. Why? You have no job. That's why you are incompetent.

This frightening scenario was thought only possible in totalitarian countries, the prevention of free movement for the peasant classes. Well its coming here to America my friends, not only for the poor peasants, but for struggling middle class as well.

So far these incidents have been very rare and have not shown up on the news but as the economy gets worse and as more people pull up roots and take with them their skills and their businesses, we'll be hearing more of it.

Greg Wilson, a former resident of Bangor Maine was one rare and unlucky victim. Upon graduating from high school, he was unable to find employment for 2 years when he finally got a job at McDonald's. That job lasted for only one year. His parents, both flaming liberals got the idea that their son must be mentally ill since it took him that long to land a job. (NOTE:This was going on in 2002, during the height of the recession when he was out of work. Not only that but we had an influx of Somalis Russians and Mexicans taking away most of the jobs.) Things went well for Greg and he was soon promoted to crew trainer but business at MCd's was slowing down due to the recession and he and many other employees had their hours cut. With with this and continued economic decline throughout the state, he had plans to leave and settle down in New Hampshire.

But the parents became hostile to Greg and forced him through physical and psychological intimidation to go to outpatient mental health services at Acadia Hospital. The Dr. David Bear a psychologist and a professor at UMass in Boston was assigned to Greg's case. He was declared mentally unfit with a diagnosis of Asperger's Syndrome, a form of autism similar to what Dustin Hoffman's character the Rainman suffered. He was also said to have no job skills or social skills. This came about not from blood tests or Neurological scans or MRI's or anything. It came about from an interview with the parents. They even claimed that Greg didn't know how to tie his shoes or fasten buttons. An utter lie and complete lie since he wore crew shoes and the uniforms were button uniforms. They would have fired him if that had been the case!

Sadly based on hearsay and false rumors, Greg was deemed incompetent. His parents abuse caused him to lose composure at his job and fall back. He was soon fired afterwards. To make matters worse, his parents took away his money from his bank account to force him to sign up for SSI. It didn't end there, Greg's father gained power of attorney over his son and used it to forbid him to leave Maine. According to one of the Doctors at Acadia, it was a bad idea to leave Maine and live in New Hampshire because of the following reasons:

1. He would no longer be supported by his parents (YEAH RIGHT!)

2. New Hampshire has inadequate social programs for (supposedly) mentally ill mentally retarded individuals such as Greg. He needed to stay in Maine which has the programs.

3. Maine has lots and lots of wonderful programs and supports for Greg! (Tell that to homeless people in Maine who have been on the streets for over a year!)

4. The economy in Maine is fine, there is nothing wrong, its really Greg's fault he was and now is unemployed. (NOTE: During this time, Paper Mills all over Maine were shutting down due to excessive taxation, environmental regulations and out of control unions. The large Mill at Milinocket for example closed down turning the city into a wasteland, the mill in Bucksport laid off 5000 workers, the mill in Old Town went under and when it was bought off by a Canadian company only a fraction of its workforce was regained. As of writing this, most of Maine's factories and mills have shut down due to liberalism. The Doctors at Acadia must be the ones who are retarded to think that the Economy is fine.)

5. There is no reason for Greg to make such a big move over to another state. He should stay in Bangor. (YEAH! Tell that to small business owners who are packing up and going as far away as Texas to get away from Maine! Tell that also to the thousands of young people who are leaving the state every year to go to New Hampshire because there are no more work opportunities to be had for them. Tell it also to the millions of people in California who got fed up with what liberals did to their state and made an exodus to Oregon, Nebraska, Colorado, New Hampshire and Texas.)

The Doctors at Acadia forced Greg to go through a mental health plan that was heavily restrictive. Not only was he forbidden to move out of state, he couldn't even leave the Bangor area! He was also forced into a group home for adults with mental retardation and autism. In addition he was forced to go to all these different programs. The Ticket to work program, an ineffective job program that had a success rate of less than 10%, he was forced to apply for SSI, he was forced to go to community adult MHMR services and to go to follow up appointments with Acadia and a Human services worker based at Dorthia Dix Hospital.

He spent a year trapped in Maine like a prisoner in the Iron Curtain. He was employed only once at that time to a temporary job position. It lasted only for 2 weeks. The programs Greg was assigned to failed him every time and made no progress to getting him a good paying job or a home of his own. But staff at several of the programs began to question Greg's diagnosis. He was after all employed in the past, he wasn't a danger to himself or others, the evaluations relied too heavily on allegations by the parents and not biological evidence not only that, the state's economy was falling over around them.

Greg had applied to different legal aid groups to undue the damage and win back his liberty but Maine suffered from a shortage of legal aid. He did succeed in getting money to hire a lawyer at the Maine Bar association by panhandling and recycling. With further aid from the MCLU Greg was able to undo the power of attorney by his father and move to New Hampshire. Sadly, the damage had already been done...

Greg's credit rating had been harmed by his father through forced visitations with Acadia. He owed the hospital 8000$ and Mainecare, a free health care service refused to pay it. In addition, he was unsuccessful in leaving SSI. He only got 500$ a month. Not enough to live off of. And his money from McDonalds was also gone. To make matters worse, a lot of employers refused to hire Greg since he was getting social security money. They perceived that he was incompetent and unfit to work despite trying to explain it. When he got to New Hampshire, Greg stayed at a homeless shelter in Manchester for nearly a year trying to rebuild his shattered life. He was hired again by McDonald's but it was only part time. He shares a small apartment with a friend from the shelter in Derry.

Greg is not the only one to suffer this injustice. In Wasco California, George Burnham was also struggling to find work. California not only suffers from an economy that is assaulted at every level from heavy taxation and fees to massive regulations, California is also infested with millions of illegal aliens who work for below average pay under the table at jobs someone like George could be doing. His parents were also liberal and ignoring Kern Counties economic wasteland and all the Mexicans that were grabbing the few jobs left, went after their son. Like Greg, George was branded as incompetent. His doctors claimed he had bipolar and bad skills.

Not only this, the doctors claimed he was deeply disturbed because of his libertarian convictions. The doctor, white liberal and his assistant, a Mexican claimed he suffered from paranoid delusions about government taking liberty and that communism was behind America's ills. An exaggeration. The doctor forced George into involuntary commitment. George wanted to leave Kern and go live in another state. He had read of how 5000 jobs were being outsourced from California to Colorado and Nebraska and thought of moving to one of those places. Instead he was forbidden under an involuntary commitment order. He ended up on Skid Row Los Angeles for 3 years as a result of government meddling. He is still homeless.

Involuntary commitment isn't the only thing liberals use to coerce their hapless victims into a government plan. A plan which is almost certain to fail. Probation is another method. When GOP traitor Mitt Romney Passed Massachusetts' unjust and unconstitutional health care mandate requiring that all residents purchase expensive and ineffective health care, that wouldn't cover them anyway or be fined, many residents fled the state. To prevent it, Democrat activists thought of a brilliant strategy, probation. Memos were given to police chiefs and district attorneys throughout the state advising them to seek long probation periods for those with large enough incomes to keep them from leaving. Attempts were made using this to cite business owners for what should be petty violations of small regulations.

One businessman who tried to leave the state was cited for a minor infraction involving supposedly unpaid fees, another over parking tickets. Thankfully these deterrents were unsuccessful. Yet still, liberals used involuntary commitment to force residents to stay in the state. Florida is another place where this has become common and involved the Use of the Baker Act, an unconstitutional Orwellian piece of legislation used to lock up innocent people and then force them on involuntary commitments to keep them from leaving the state and even to confiscate their home and assets and dump them on the street.

The act of preventing travel or to punish travel is not uncommon in totalitarian countries. In Marxism it is also common. One of the planks for the Communist Manifesto calls for confiscating the property and assets of emigrants who try to leave or rebel against the system. Liberals disregard the Constitution but love Marx's planks. While these occurrences are still rare they ARE becoming more common especially in New England.

IM BACK! YES! I got married 2 months ago and have spent the past couple of months on honeymoon not to mention working on my business. I HAVE kept up with things elsewhere but have neglected the blog. There is a lot I want to share.

First, it turns out some liberalfascist goons hacked into my youtube account and deleted most of my videos. This should serve as proof of the nazilike tendencies of liberals. They hate our freedom and want us badly to become another despotic regime under their failed marxian system.

Second, I am now on Twitter, face book and have posted some comments recently on Huffington post, the leftist news forum. I have also been on Mark Fiore's website challenging the marxists there on their views.

Third, I have several articles planned out such as dealing with the Obama administrations failing on the BP oil spill, a liberal plot to use the spill to seize BP assets in a nazilike fashion and to do the same to others in order to bring about state property. Also I have articles detailing guardian abuse in Illinois, Obama's home state and one of the most socialistic. Failure of government health and nutrition mandates

A little something I would like to add on in light of government health mandates and the government failing. (not surprisingly) This concerns the failure of role of government as nutritionist.

Some of you who are old enough may remember old cartoons and commercials from your local dairy council and other nutrition advocates that were shown in the 70s and 80s as well as commercials from Bush the first's presidential council of physical Fitness that premiered on Nickelodeon advertising healthy living, exercise and nutrition.

The kind of nutrition advertised 30 to 20 years ago would be balked at today however. In the 80s and up until the late 90s the ideal diet was a diet of 5 servings of fruits and vegetables and a diet low in fat. (Not just animal and vegetable fat mind you but every kind of fat there is.) As well as a diet high in carbohydrates. You heard that right. The food pyramid of that era stated that we needed mainly a diet of grain cereal oatmeal and from it carbohydrates which was thought to be energy.

Today we know now that carbohydrates are as deadly as what we now call bad cholesterol. But it was not known then. As a result, obesity rates spiked. America became the fattest nation in the world. What was thought to be a crisis of calories and fat was really stemming from the advice our government, thought to know what is best was giving us. And the fed us the wrong information.

Carbohydrates it turns out was complex sugars that lowered metabolism, stored fat lay out bad cholesterol in your arteries and made cancer causing free radicals. Enter David Atkins and his Atkins diet which turned nutrition and the food pyramid upside down. Now, it was eating more meat and less grain. This diet though partly correct also fell flat.

Today government is sweeping its errors under the rug and advertising a new pyramid. Eat more vegetables and fruits cut out grain and meat as well as sweets. The liberals no doubt used their clout to advertise the cut back on meat in favor of animal rights activism. Still, it shows we can't always be dependent on government.

Today America still suffers obesity. The government is still advertising on media and in schools the above mentioned wisdom. Though one wonders if there may still be errors in what is being fed us by our government. worldnetdaily writer Doctor Arthur Robinson, Ph.D., explains more on how the government is corrupting science in his article. In an article I posted on my blog and expanded on freerepublic I mentioned that Chef Gordon Ramsay demanded that government establish dietary standards and force people to eat what THEY thought was best and to punish them through taxes and other means. In particular he attacked parents of obese children. Many of these children in fact suffer from other problems genetic or organic that lead to their obesity.

For those unfamiliar, Gordon Ramsay is a world class chef and celebrity known for outbursts and a short temper as well as a filthy mouth. Lately he has also begun to show political clout demanding that government become every one's head chef. A politician running your kitchen essentially.

This mentality that government should control our food has also come out even more elsewhere from the liberal media. Time Magazine for example advocated government control over farms to curtail meat production and to focus more on organic growing. It decried meat production as unsanitary harmful and a cause of global warming and that we must go vegetarian for the sake of the environment.

I have come across similar arguments in other news sites and even in magazines. The articles reeked of animal rights activism and the myth of global warming. Environmentalists and their political allies want to butt into your kitchen and dictate what you can eat and when. The biggest arguments used involves the environment and global warming. The articles claimed that producing meat produces greenhouse gas not only from the animals themselves but in cooking them as well. Calls ranging from heavy taxes on meat to mandates for organic farming.

While it is true that some of the livestock in America could be raised and bred better, the solutions exclaimed by liberals would only make matters worse. Mandates for organic farming and raising taxes would lead to rising costs for food. Time Magazine even admitted that such policies meant we would have to sacrifice and tighten our budget for the sake of cows and the environment since organic food is more expensive. Not only that, environmental controls proposed all because of the unproven theory of global warming would cause food costs to jump even higher. Even the price for non organic food would jump.

The New York Times featured a similar article by MARK BITTMAN using similar slogans. Not only that comparing American meat consumption to oil consumption. Bittman, a vegan portrayed the American meat industry in a negative light. Not only that exaggerating the energy cost of meat as well that the fecal waste is bad for the environment and even COOKING IS BAD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT! In other words, simply BBQing a steak on your Weber is ruining the earth's ecosphere! NUTS!

The impact of following the environmental gurus and the socialists is worse than can be imagined. While wealthier countries would be eating less the 3rd world impact would be much worse. In fact the majority of starvation going on in the world whether in Indonesia or in Africa can be attributed to environmentalism. Children in Africa starve because they are not allowed to use pesticides to kill locusts that eat much of their crops. Not only that, many are dying from malaria infected mosquito's. Then there's the animal rights activism in India that has lead to over a third of lost food from rats and insects. In addition, Brazil and other countries are preventing grazing and planting for the sake of the rain forest. While it can be said that the loss of the rain forest is not so good, the policy of halting grazing and planting all together is even worse. That's not all. This as well as government subsidies for ethanol and synthesized fuels (Which liberals whine still create global warming.) Has inflated food prices in the third world.

The United Nations and the liberals however don't want to hear about it. In fact they want even more controls over our food supply. Controls that are eerily similar to what happened in Russia and China in the last century. This was when Stalin launched is 5 year plan to seize farm land and establish state control over food and when Mao did something similar with is great leap forward which converted farm land into industrial zones. All in all the 5 year plan was a five year failure and the Great leap forward was a great leap backward. Scores of millions died of famine and millions more were killed for resisting or suspecting of resisting. That and Both Mao And Stalin scapegoated others to deflect blame and had them killed. This has always resulted when the state controls food. But Liberals don't care. they want more control.

And it is already happening right now EVEN IN THE UNITED STATES. For the past century, American farmers many of whom used to be independent have lost their independence and even their farms. Big corporations have also used this opportunity thanks to support from big government to create an unopposed monopoly which if it continues could bottle neck the supply and inflate prices. Farms have also been under attack from massive local and federal regulations and taxes. Then there's health regulations. Bans against trans fat foods for example which may or may not be good for you. Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and other Democrats have also used the new Obama care mandate and their power grip to regulate food as well.

According to Worldnetdaily commentator Bob Unruh, Obama and Democrats passed several bills that would also ban salt in food (Even though new evidence proves it might not be that bad for you.) And have passed through the house a bill that would set up new fees and regulations that would bankrupt farms, supermarket chains and suppliers creating a food shortage and higher costs. H.R. 2749: Food Safety Enhancement Act of 2009 Would set up unnecessary unsound regulations that would regulate your food based on unscientific health findings. It could lead to a catastrophe similar to the famine in the Ukraine during the 1930s. All because of the false theory of global warming and for the sake of animal rights.

Other food regulations have cropped up quietly. For example Santa Clarita California is banning toys in fast food meals and Michelle Obama under her own liberal guilt is establishing a child hood obesity task force that wants to tax deserts. Not only that Democrats want the FCC to ban advertisements for meat and what they consider to be junk food.The liberal socialists are just getting started and already it looks as though America will be going hungry for sure. All for the sake of animal welfare, and so called global warming.

In light of these facts it shows once more, government doesn't know what's best. Especially in light of farming and nutrition. But the communist Democrats don't want to hear about it. It looks as though we will see famine here in America. Something unheard of till now all because of government regulation.

THis is a article I wrote 2 years ago. I thought I'd touch it up a bit in light of the elections coming up and in light of what's been going on.

A week ago I was at McDonald's ordering lunch. It was very busy and there was a large crowd present. I ordered the food and waited around for a few minutes. While I was doing so, a manager and another crewmemeber were getting ready to put the flags up on the pole. The manager showed him how to fold the flags up and they folded up old glory into a nice triangle with loving and patriotic care. While they were folding the McDonald's flag, a funny looking woman in her thirties with two tots in a carriage walked up to the counter where the US flag was and exclaimed in a squeaky and stupid voice, "Oh! That lookth jutht like the flag they give to famlieth of veteranth after Bush sendth them to die in Iraq and take away their benefits!"

Everyone nearby looked at her for awhile and then paid no attention to her. I began to ask myself, just where is the father of her kids and what does she do for a living anyway? From what I gather this dingbat is another one of Maine's many welfare recipients who can't amount to anything and are either too poor or too stupid to leave to get a better job and instead cancel out my vote and suck on the tit of Maine's enormous government. This woman was completely ignorant that the reason we are scaling back veterans benefits is to make way for massive social programs for lazy bums and housing projects filth like her who are idiots. I started to imagine just how the kids are going to grow up and cancel out the votes of my own children as well.

With that in mind I began to lay out the plans for this essay and thought, its time we go back to making voting a responsibility and a privilege rather than a right. One of my writers pointed out an 18th century quote from an English gentleman named Edmund E Blackadder the 3rd that sums it up:

Blackadder: Give stinking morons like Baldrick the right to vote and we'll all be back to worshiping druids, death by stoning and eating dung for dinner.

Baldrick:Oh! I'm eating dung for dinner tonight actually.

Blackadder:It hardly does sound fair, Look at Manchester, population 6000 electorial roll 5. Not a lot of people can vote, Women, peasants, the insane, lords...

Baldrick: That's not true, Lord Nelson has a vote!

Blackadder:HE HAS A BOAT BALDRICK! NOT A VOTE!

In addition, one Lord Melchett (Or was it the Duke of Wellington?) Had this to say:

Give them an inch and they'll take a foot, maybe a leg.

Jokes aside there is some meaning in this. If we continue to allow people who are uneducated, immoral lazy byproducts of government schooling, secular humanism and pop culture to vote, we will be going bankrupt and have less freedom than we have now. Its already happening. The politicians and judges we elect share the same sentiments as the people before mentioned.

Long ago in America the founding fathers, men from different backgrounds were political and philosophical geniuses who recognized the necessities of religion, morality and responsibility and freedom against tyranny and dependence on government. They did little to debate on who should be eligible to choose their leaders. There were certain regulations in some states such as the poll tax and literacy tests but it was found that they were biased towards certain groups and they didn't last. One of my friends pointed out debates on other blogs that only those who pay taxes who are not mentally incompetent or of certain privilege be allowed to vote but also pointed out that Pelosi and Obama could use that to make conservatives ineligible to vote and take over the courts, the congress, the senate and oval office and drive this country to the ground. Just keep raising taxes and have the American psychiatric Association define conservatism, defenders of the constitution and opponents of large government and taxes to be a mental disorder and that's that.

There is naturally a better way to sort it out. Sensible solid criteria that can be given out to filter out those who are moral, educated and responsible from those who are corrupt, immoral and ignorant regardless whether they are rich and poor. Criteria I have mulled about. Bear in mind they are just proposals. I am not saying this is exactly how it should be done but close to it.

First of all, recipients of welfare, and government subsidies as well as certain people who work for the government should be excluded. If you are a single mother with 12 bastards living in public housing, you should not get to vote. Get a job, a husband, get your act together, and put some of your brats up for adoption then you can vote. If you are a business executive, CEO, manager, or executive of a company that receives subsidies, no vote. Get your act together, plow more of your profits into your companies and hire more workers, create more innovations and then you can vote again. In some cases employees can be exempted. If you are a case manager, bureaucrat, agent or politician, no votes for you. You can keep your job and work for the taxpayers, or you can get a new job and vote again.

This should also apply to others on the government payroll. Police officers, Firemen, doctors in state hospitals or beneficiaries of Obamacare, teachers, public defenders, judges, District attorneys ETC. You are receiving taxpayer money to do a job for we the people. You are receiving funds from our hard work. We don't trust you to vote for politicians who will give you a raise while our cities and communities are in the pits. We the people will decide if you deserve a raise. Also government employees should either be banned from forming unions or their unions should be severely regulated since they are getting their money from taxpayers, many of whom are in the rears.

The only exception I believe to this rule is the military. These men and women are doing more than receiving money they are putting their lives on the line to stay free. We don't want uneducated lazy parasites taking from defense to fund their laziness. Also some exceptions should be made for recipients of SSI and SSDI. Mainly elderly voters. Although it would depend on many factors. Then again its best to leave that alone.

Second of all people who are evil and corrupt should not be allowed to vote. I recall Sean Hannity interviewing college kids in Marxist universities who don't know a damn thing about how the world works. They know nothing about history, they don't even know what happened on December 7th or what the constitution says. They do believe that socialism is best, that 80% of the wealthiest Americans (Or for that matter anyone who works) Should be taxed redistributed to those who won't work, they believe that no one should be allowed to protest or publish without government approval, they believe religion is a mental disorder and that anyone who does not agree with them in even the tiniest way is a racist sexist fascist Nazi who should be put to death. I believe an written exam on the Constitution should be in order for these people. Immigrants and new citizens must learn it to become citizens. Those born citizens should understand how America works before taking up a ballot.

People from other countries such as Mexico, Brazil, China, the Ukraine, Poland, Germany, Japan, Algeria, Yemen, Portugal, Britain and Togo land and who become citizens are required to know, and many of these people go on to becoming outstanding citizens in the community. Meanwhile our own children grow up stupid, lazy and the most they can land is cleaning up puke, flipping burgers and mopping aisles. These kids who work retail use cash registers that tally up numbers for them since they are too stupid to count add and subtract, paid for by us thanks to Public school. Yet they get to vote for idiots who ruin our nation.

Again, one possibility should be a test given before anyone can register to vote. The test will be a sensible one, multiple choice. You need to know about how the government works, how our constitution works, why we have the freedom we have ETC. People who support gun control, speech codes, protest zoning, socialism, compulsory public schooling won't be eligible. When they get educated, when they learn to be wiser, then they can vote. Then again liberals could pull of the same thing.

Individuals part of organizations that are openly hostile to our way of life such as the Communist party, the Nazi Party, the Ku Klux Klan, Islamic Jihad, La Raza, Mecha and other trash should also not get to vote. Instead they should be considered dangerous individuals and a threat to freedom. There is a way to differentiate between which group is not of that criteria. Keep in mind I'm talking people who are openly hostile to us and our way of doing things. I'm not talking about people who show some leftist views that some people disagree with like Food not bombs or the council of conservative citizens or some other nutcase groups. They can vote if they are eligible. Were talking people who openly hate us and preach for our destruction. In the olden days communists and other people couldn't vote or work in government. We should go back to that.

Finally people who commit certain crimes should not be permitted to vote. People who are dishonest, who are unscrupulous and who harm innocent people should be barred for a long period or for the rest of their lives. A lot of felons don't want law abiding citizens to be armed or to be protected by the law. The reason criminals have more rights is because we let them vote for evil people who want to "understand them" or "have sympathy for them."

Please keep in mind this is not totally full proof. We planned this out to be fair and decent in allowing those who are qualified to vote without allowing for loopholes for evil to use to take away someones freedom. But if we did use this, we would have better people in office, less taxes, more freedom and more jobs while people like the stupid woman I mentioned would be staying in their public housing on election day fuming about Ronnie McBushitler, complaining that America is the worst place in the world, and how people of different races and backgrounds are of Satan.

In Conclusion, some sort of system must be in place to prevent America from descending into socialist despotism. Although it must be done carefuly.

Starbucks Coffee shops recently told liberalnazis and socialist moon bats throughout America to blow it out their noses when confronted over not banning firearms in its stores. Gun control activists have quietly been going door to door in major city businesses demanding that they make their stores gun free. Those that do not comply face threats of boycotts and harassment buy the gun grabbing haters.

This is an easy task in liberal cities or concerning companies run by leftists such as those in California. California Pizza Kitchen and Peet's Coffee and Tea are two companies that have changed their rules to ban guns after gun control activists disrupted business. Sadly, 2nd amendment activists were no where to be found while the left began violating constitutional liberty yet again.

Starbucks fortunately has not caved into the pressure. Obama's health care reform bill is not really reform but corporate socialism that will bilk Americans out of more of their money for premiums and force them to pay more of their money to corporate health giants. Not only this it will curtail our civil liberties and lead us into socialist despotism.

In a previous article I pointed out that this tragedy was inevitable that America would eventually have some kind of universal insurance Like in Britain or mandated insurance like in Massachusetts.

In fact the bill is like Massachusetts health care but far far worse. Liberal elitists in the media and elsewhere have been fighting to keep down the facts of Obama's evil health care insurance plan and how it will not only raise your taxes, siphon money to illegal aliens and lazy bums, deny you your right to choose and force you to buy insurance that is unaffordable and ineffective but cost you your civil liberties and human rights.

Despite the best efforts, members of the far left have spoken out in condemnation of the health care bill. This ranges from Community activists to groups that aid the very poor and the homeless. The truth is starting to come out and many are beginning to regret their unconditional support for the one. The bill in fact does more to hurt the poor, the very people that liberals claim to support the most.

Consider the following facts:

1. The bill would require that you either enroll with government health care or purchase your own health care plan even if you cannot afford it or be faced with a heavy fine.
2. Mandating health insurance will have a similar effect to when car insurance was mandated, it will destroy free market incentives for insurance companies to lower costs and premiums and provide better services meaning that your prices will go up, and up and up and up.
3. The new taxes and regulations WILL NOT REDUCE COSTS AND PREVENT FRAUD! Instead it will drive up premiums forcing you to pay even more!
4. The bill will provides skimpy coverage and does not force insurance to protect you from serious ailments. This means that if you or your child suffer a severe injury or illness you could find yourself bankrupt!
5. The bill prevents you from leaving ineffective health plans that are offered by your employer or choosing your doctors.
6. The bill requires businesses to have insurance for all employees. This means they will either go out of business or lay off workers, cut salaries and benefits and increase costs to compensate. They will also have to offer them for their slacker kids as well.
7. Insurance companies WILL be prevented from offering coverage policies that will lower costs such as life time or annual limits.
8. All those who regardless of how much they make will be required to pay an addition 0.5% payroll tax that will eventually rise to 3% in several years.
9. The bill takes 25 million dollars away from homeless and indignant medical services as well as cut spending on medicare.

And this is just the tip of the ice berg... In fact consider the following:

Democrats such as Nancy Pelosi, Hillary Clinton and John Edwards are calling for not just mandatory coverage but that ALL AMERICANS RECEIVE MANDATORY MENTAL HEALTH EXAMINATIONS AND TREATMENT! This means that you will be forced to see a psychiatrist (The vast majority of whom are socialist Nazis) Who will dictate how to run your affairs, force you to take powerful brain damaging drugs and has the power to take away your liberty or your child's liberty!!! Many of These psychiatrists consider liberty and freedom to be dangerous concepts and a form of mental illness. Refusal to comply with their demands can lead to indefinite incarceration in institutions

These same doctors also have the power to impose guardianship or forced SSI application and take away all you own. They can also prevent you from working at a job, living where you want to live and other things that will result in the loss of your freedom. All by diagnosing you with bogus ailments and disorders.

Those of you who have read my blog over the years are well aware of the dangers that many of these doctors have done. Especially with regards to victims of SSI scamming and guardianship. The state has no business to dictate how our lives are to be run. Every time they have it has lead to disaster. Well the far left finally got what they wanted... More socialism. It was no surprise to me. Whenever we have prosperity, the government grows bigger and bigger. The government becomes bigger and bigger and even more massive the more so. It seems that the only answers the Democrats have to our problems is even more socialism.

Since the early part of the last decade I have known that it was only a matter of time that so called free health care would arrive to the United states. Along with it would come the negative consequences that came with it similar to what we witnessed in the Soviet Union and in the UK. The thing is though that this bill really isn't like the NHS or the health care they get in Finland or Sweden or in Norway. It is more like what we got in that bastion of socialism called Massachusetts. The irony of it all is that a republican gave it to us.

So far the liberals have been doing their best to stuff it down and downplay the truth about the health care bill like it was as big a breakthrough as the creation of social security. The thing is it is probably as big a breakthrough as when we had mandatory car insurance crammed down our throats or when The federal reserve was created or when FDR's new deal undermined our free economy and made our depression worse.

Still, a few liberals have made it known to all that this is NOT the health care that will give us freebies for all and usher in a new age of socialist utopia, rather it is the bill that will benefit the wealthy few and the many poor. Community action groups especially those that work with the homeless have condemned the health care bill and many liberals on the blog sphere have shared their disgust.

Yet still, the leftist media and the newspapers have praised the bill and Obama, comparing the bill to social security and the failed new deal while lauding Obama as another FDR. Liberal pundits have said very little about the nature of this bill and its disastrous effects it will have on not only the middle class, but poor people and minorities, the very people liberals claim to be for.

Not to worry though! Someday socialists will have the free health care reform they always wanted. Freebies for illegal aliens and bums, death panels for the elderly and disabled, rationed and ineffective health care and long waiting lines.
In fact some of us will be turned away and told to take an aspirin. Yes, liberals just can't wait to bankrupt our country and enslave us.

1. You are young and don’t want health insurance? You are starting up a small business and need to minimize expenses, and one way to do that is to forego health insurance? Tough. You have to pay $750 annually for the “privilege.” (Section 1501)

2. You are young and healthy and want to pay for insurance that reflects that status? Tough. You’ll have to pay for premiums that cover not only you, but also the guy who smokes three packs a day, drink a gallon of whiskey and eats chicken fat off the floor. That’s because insurance companies will no longer be able to underwrite on the basis of a person’s health status. (Section 2701).

3. You would like to pay less in premiums by buying insurance with lifetime or annual limits on coverage? Tough. Health insurers will no longer be able to offer such policies, even if that is what customers prefer. (Section 2711).

You’re a single guy without children? Tough, your policy must cover pediatric services. You’re a woman who can’t have children? Tough, your policy must cover maternity services. You’re a teetotaler? 7. Do you want a plan with lots of cost-sharing and low premiums? 11. If you are a physician and you don’t want the government looking over your shoulder? Tough. The Secretary of Health and Human Services is authorized to use your claims data to issue you reports that measure the resources you use, provide information on the quality of care you provide, and compare the resources you use to those used by other physicians. Of course, this will all be just for informational purposes. It’s not like the government will ever use it to intervene in your practice and patients’ care. Of course not. (Section 3003 (i))

12. If you are a physician and you want to own your own hospital, you must be an owner and have a “Medicare provider agreement” by Feb. 1, 2010. (Dec. 31, 2010 in the reconciliation changes.) If you didn’t have those by then, you are out of luck. (Section 6001 (i) (1) (A))

13. If you are a physician owner and you want to expand your hospital? Well, you can’t (Section 6001 (i) (1) (B). If you are a pharmaceutical company what you will pay depends on the ratio of the number of brand-name drugs you sell to the total number of brand-name drugs sold in the U.S. So, if you sell 10% of the brand-name drugs in the U.S., what you pay will be 10% multiplied by $2.3 billion, or $230,000,000. (Under reconciliation, it starts at $2.55 billion, jumps to $3 billion in 2012, then to $3.5 billion in 2017 and $4.2 billion in 2018, before settling at $2.8 billion in 2019 (Section 1404)). Think you, as a pharmaceutical executive, know how to better use that money, say for research and development? Tough. (Section 9008 (b)).

16. The government will extract a fee of $2 billion annually from medical device makers. If you are a medical device maker what you will pay depends on your share of medical device sales in the U.S. So, if you sell 10% of the medical devices in the U.S., what you pay will be 10% multiplied by $2 billion, or $200,000,000. Last week for the Second time, i got to see Avatar. having been watching the blog sphere lately I have been quite surprised by some of the responses to the movie, Allegations that the movie promotes environmentalism, and liberalism. probably the biggest problem I have heard is that the humans instead of the aliens are the bad guys. A major departure from traditional science fiction orthodoxy that is rare. That, and James Cameron has used his fame to attack and ridicule conservatives and libertarians.

my review concentrates on some of the ridiculous remarks made against the movie in the blog sphere. remarks that are very similar to some of the hype made against Harry Potter. You fundamentalists know what I'm talking about... starving black Christians in Africa are getting murdered and raped by Muslim terrorists in Sudan, Christians are being murdered left and right all over the world, Europe is jettisoning its Christian heritage (then again it wasn't that Christian to begin with.) our nation is going to hell, unsaved souls don't know the love of the son of God, and instead of doing your job you are only worried about a series of novels and movies about a boy wizard. On a side note, Pat Robertson after making an ass out of himself by claiming that Haiti caused its own earthquake claims that another movie, the princess and the Frog promotes voodoo and gives Christianity a back seat. OH MY PAT!

Well now the big thing is Avatar. Of course its been popular for over 7weeks only to be bumped down to #2 by from Paris with love. So any of this fluff will face ridicule just like Potter gate.

In brief

Avatar is about a military expedition to the moon of Pandora, a lush jungle world occupied by a primitive race called the Na'vi that orbits a gas giant called Polyphemus (named after the cyclops Odysseus fought against.) The Na'vi are very similar to the native Americans and are in commune to nature. Their nature worship is enhanced by a biological function where they can actually neurologically hook up with trees and animals through a series of nerve cords connected to their hair. This network leads to a tree called the tree of souls. The Na'vi believe that they can communicate with the Goddess of nature Eywa this way.

The Human scientists lead by Gloria Augustine have tried to understand this function and have been successful in communicating with the Na'vi via avatars, biologically cloned Na'vi that the humans control by laying in a machine that transfers their neruo functions to the avatar. This is necessary since the air on Pandora is toxic to humans. Gloria also sets up schools to teach the Na'vi english and modern knowledge which is generally rejected in favor of nature worship and primitivism.

Unfortunately, the Na'vi and the human scientists come into conflict with the interests of mining interests back on Earth. Jake Sully, a former marine paralyzed from a bullet wound during a war that took place in Venezuela. (No doubt an attempt by Cameron for a subliminal reference to Hugo Chavez and his socialist regime.) is among a group of marines hired out as mercenaries similar to Black water to aid in pacifying resistance to mining operations on Pandora. His twin was slated to go instead but when he died Jake took his place since he was genetically similar and therefore suited to handle his brother's avatar.

The main concern is about a dwelling of Na'vi called the Home tree. A sacred giant tree that is over one of the largest concentration of unobtainable in the region. It is also populated by a large group of Na'vi. Jake is tasked by the marine leader Colonel Miles Quaritch with negotiating with the local Na'vi to move elsewhere. Jake is fully functioning in is avatar and he meets and falls in love with the tribal princess Neytiri. She is the daughter of the local clan (Omaticaya) leader Eytucan. He also meets Mo'at the spritual leader and witch doctor and mother of Neytiri. Jake has conflicts with many of the Omaticayans especially Tsu'tey, a great warrior and who is betrothed to Neytiri. Although he and many of the Na'vi were former students of Grace Augustine, (evidenced that they knew english) he promotes distrusts of Jake calling him a dream walker, (a slang directed at Na'vi Avatars)

In the three months, Jake learns about the Omaticayans and passes that information on to the humans. As Jake Matures and learns more he eventually becomes accepted by the tribe and is made a member. Trouble starts however when the dozers arrive and destroy one of the tribes sacred groves the Tree of voices. Jake reveals that he is here to collect information. The Na'vi however refuse to leave and The Marine commander orders the tree destroyed. Jake is also branded a traitor. Despite a ferocious battle the Na'vi outclassed by the human's modern weaponry are overtaken and the Home tree is destroyed.

To regain the Omaticaya's trust, Jake tames a Toruk, a powerful flying predator that only five Na'vi have ever tamed. Jake finds the Omaticaya at the sacred Tree of Souls and pleads with Mo'at to heal Grace who was shot for trying to prevent Home tree's destruction. The clan attempts to transfer Grace from her dying human body into her unconscious avatar with the aid of the Tree, but she succumbs to her injuries before the transfer is complete. Mo'at declares that she is with Eywa now.

Assisted by Neytiri and the new leader of the Omaticaya Tsu'Tey Jake unites thousands of warriors from many Na'vi clans in a bid to repel the humans. Jake prays to Eywa, via neural connection to the Tree of Souls, to intercede on behalf of the Na'vi in the coming battle. Quaritch notes the mobilization of the Na'vi and convinces Selfridge to authorize a preemptive strike on the Tree of Souls, reckoning that the destruction of this hub of Na'vi religion and culture will demoralize them into submission.

As the security forces attack, the Na'vi retaliate but suffer heavy casualties, including Tsu'Tey and Trudy. The Pandoran wildlife suddenly joins the attack on the corporation's forces, overwhelming them, an event that Neytiri interprets as Eywa answering Jake's prayer. Jake destroys the bomber before it can reach the Tree of Souls. Quaritch finds and attacks the avatar link unit where Jake's human body is located, exposing Jake to Pandora's atmosphere. Neytiri kills Quaritch and saves Jake. With the attack repelled, Neytiri and Jake reaffirm their love as she sees his human body for the first time.

The humans are expelled from Pandora, while Jake, Norm, and other scientists are allowed to remain. Jake is seen wearing the insignia of the Omaticaya leader. The clan performs the ritual that permanently transfers Jake from his human body into his Na'vi avatar.

Similarities

The movie itself seems to be drawn on from the story of Pocahontas especially the Disney animated version as a backdrop. Jake Sully being similar to John Smith and Neytiri being similar to Pocahantas with the tree of souls being similar to grandmother willow. Another movie is also very similar and may have drawn inspiration is Dances with Wolves staring Kevin Costner. Unfortunately for the natives, they lost in that movie. James Cameron in fact had begun writing the script for Avatar in 1994 right around the time both movies had come out. The technology for portraying the film however did not come out yet as did the Na'vi language needed for the film.

The problem

The problem of course are supposed subliminal environmentalist propaganda as well as indigenous rights. That the movie is anti-american, anti business and anti patriarchal. James Cameron of course deliberately set off a lot of conservatives by remarking that the miners were NRA type rednecks among other things. But does it really meet the criteria?

well, some could compare it to native american atrocities and use it to guilt trip white americans, some could also use the film to advance radical environmentalism.

We could do this with any movie. To me, I did see but overall that's not how I came away from the film.

The movie in many aspects has libertarian values. Aliens under invasion by a foreign entity (this case us) The seizure and destruction of Home tree is very similar to eminent domain, practiced by big business against property owners all the time now thanks to liberals. In addition there is the virtue that all men (or in this case sentient species) are created equal. The Na'vi and their supporters are denied basic rights by the invading mercenaries. The same could happen to American's if the Democrats get enough power. Remember when Obama slammed gun owners and veterans as terrorists? Remember how he advocated indefinite detentions?

For me the environmental part was illogical. This is because the biology in Pandora is different from Earth. The Na'vi are able to literally commune with nature due to biological functioning. We can't do that and as far as I know there are no alien civilizations that can.

The big problem with Cameron's film is that it is a departure from science fiction orthodoxy. Instead of aliens invading Earth and persecuting humans, its the other way around. Some of us who grew up with War of the Worlds, Independence day, Aliens, Star Trek, Buck Rogers, Marvin the Martian and similar titles probably weren't ready for this.

Overall rating

Overall Avatar gets my two thumbs up. Even though James Cameron is a left wing loon. I recommend this movie to anyone who doesn't take some of it literally the way Pat Robertson does to Harry Potter and Princess Frog.

I personally am looking forward to a movie like Avatar that erks leftists the same way. Blood thirsty liberal Human communists invading a free planet with all of the freedoms we used to have in North America to spread the glories of communism. The miners of course won't have the benefit of guns to defend themselves. SORRY COMRADE! You are a communist! Not a capitalist NRA pig! You have to rely on the state for protection from Bourgeois aliens.
